If you are using this to replace your old shower faucet, you may want to read closely. We removed our old faucet, which had copper lines, but this new faucet has brass fittings so you cannot weld the two together. I love the look and the quality of this product but it took us weeks to replace it. ( My stubborn husband did not want to call a plumber)

We recently remodeled our bathroom and chose to change our hardware to oil rubbed bronze. I wanted a handheld shower head and I’m super happy with the purchase. It was very affordable and is definitely a good quality item. Compared to our previous shower head, this one goes smoothly in and out of the holder and the different shower head settings work well.

Faucet seems fine. We had a plumber to install it after having a tub replaced and wall surround tiled. We haven’t actually used the tub yet but the faucet looks good. The only thing I don’t care for is the hose, should come with a metal one. I will order one extra. The plastic/PVC hose just doesn’t lay right. I do wish there was more water pressure. Hope it holds up.

Love the product but the cartridge is faulty and keeps popping open. Water will just start pouring out and I have to go shut off the main water line to turn off. Not ideal especially when you have kids. Cannot find a contact number to the company and also cannot find the replacement part unless you want to buy the whole set again. It’s already cost enough having a plumber come out. Too bad because I was happy with everything else. But cannot recommend for this reason. Hopefully someone will reach out to make this right.

I got this for a shower head in our bathroom. We wanted the ability to easily wash our cats in the tub and this is more than long enough to do that. . It is so incredibly handy besides washing cats. We have rinsed out our reusable air filter, easily filled large buckets for mopping, etc.
It seems sturdy and has not had any leaks. The head we chose is also from this seller,

and the two fit together perfectly. I have experienced no leaks and both seem sturdy enough. It’s obviously a budget hose, it’s a stiffer material and not as flexible but it does what I need it to do.

Update: customer service contacted me immediately after getting this rating. So, I give a 5 star for customer service & their desire to remedy the issue. The product works great They gave me a credit for some black paint which seem to work because it was already installed.
I’m having it installed today. Everything looks good except the stem part that holds the shower head. There was a scratch on each side of the stem. I’ll come back & comment on how it works once I use it. I couldn’t figure how to notify Amazon of the scratches. So, I’m writing it here.

Plumber pointed out that the trim that goes around the handle valve is not secured to the wall in any way and literally just sits between the valve behind the wall and the handle. Hoping I don’t get water damage from the loose seal. I like the shower head itself. The head angle falls down when the water is off, but the angle can be adjusted when the water is on. I like the flow and pressure along with the adjustable head features. Descent for the price.

The quality is good. All pieces look expensive and feel great. The problem I have is with the availability of parts. It seems that the cartridges may be difficult to get in the future…
