The three-millimeter neoprene construction provides ideal flexibility and increased mobility. The knees are reinforced and padded for added durability. All seams are taped, glued and stitched to protect against leaks and provide long lasting performance. A durable rubber boot includes 200g of Thinsulate for added warmth and the cleated outsole ensures optimal traction. A fleece-lined hand warmer pocket keeps the chill from biting into your hands and the large top loading storm pocket is perfect for storage. D-Rings are included on the front and back of the wader for accessory attachment.

Ordered a pair of neoprene with felt soles. The build quality appears decent.
The fit is as you would expect for boot size, though they fit tight up through the torso area. I am pretty thin, and with a sweatshirt the waders are snug. Makes bit struggle to get into, but the fit is sheer and comfortable.
Nice straps and pockets as well.

Bought these in the fall and i used them within 30 minutes and i went to the river and fished for about 8 hours. As i was crossing back from the other side of the river, my waders had a leak and i was all wet. Luckily the leak happened right when i got to the bank at the end of my fishing trip. Overall, the wader is comfy and warm, but the quality sucks. The seams are not reliable.

Bought about 3 weeks ago and took them out of the box today and went brook trout fishing in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Needless to say I am not happy with the amount of money I spent on them. I was all wet after a couple hours of fishing. NOT HAPPY

I bought my waiters about a month ago. I love the old ones better, much better fit. You can just about pull these up over your head what’s that about, and much harder to put on because they are so much bigger Love the product, but just not real happy with these changes.

Initially the quality of these chest waders appeared good, but after wearing the waders two times the sewing started to unravel. I fixed it with neoprene cement but I never had this issue with the Cabela’s waders that I wore for years. The Cabela’s waders where of course more expensive but you could see that the sewing was heavier duty and was sewn to last. Therefore, I now regret buying these cheaper Hodgman waders and will go back to Cabela’s next time.

I have been trout fishing some mountain creeks with these and they have been outstanding so far. The felt bottoms provide great traction on slippery rocks and fast water. No real complaints except they will probably be too warm in the summer, but would definitely keep you warm!
