Easy peasy to get more magnesium. I put some in sparkling water, leave in frig. It dissolved into voila! Magnesium carbonate. Healthy

Best stool/laxative Ive ever used. I got the original flavor. It was sorta rough to get it down. However, the next morning it worked well with no cramps , no diarrhea

I ordered two of the Phillips Milk of Magnesia. One of the bottles was fine. Last night when I opened the second one it looked like colored water. I shook it well and opened it again and it looked the same. I poured it into a container and the magnesia was in the bottom of the bottle. I tried getting it out with a spoon and it was grainy and would not dissolve. I have never had this happen before. I threw it in the trash. Have you had anyone else that has had this same experience? I went to a store and bought another bottle, but had to get the cherry flavor, which I don’t like. I would still recommend this product, as one bottle was good.a
