From keeping salad greens looking crisp and bright in withering Florida summer picnics to keeping apples and pears from turning brown during the fall and winter baking season, this product works for an exceptional amount of uses. I Have used lemon juice in a pinch, but that sometimes leaves both a flavor and a yellowish cast. Nothing on the market works quite the way that FruitFresh does!
