Product initially felt a bit “plasticy”, but I am very much liking the health tracking stats, especially the body battery and stress load.
Pretty straightforward interface, but the stats really come to life when viewed on Garmin’s Connect web site, not just the app on your phone.

Doesn’t have all of the features as the fitbit. It is a good watch but I’m not too impressed right now.

Upgraded my old Garmin’s watch. Love the style and features of this watch, especially the body battery and HRM.

I have the Garmin Venu and wanted a watch to switch to when the other is charging and needed a different look. The round Venu has the nice screen, which to me, not a huge deal. But it seems the Venu sq constantly has connectivity issues, loses connection to my phone. The screen changes are also slower, perhaps a slower processor, not sure. The watch performs ok, but when compared to the round Venu it’s definitely slower in all aspects. The watch batter on the sq lasts about two days longer and I use the watches in the same fashion and do not have the active screen in use on round Venu. Overall the watch works well, just not as great as the round OLED version.

Have had this for nearly two months now. Love it so far. Use it daily for excerise tracking (either walking or hiking) and for the alarm. Was pretty easy to learn to use. Like the extras from the app (like different watch faces) and I’m sure there’s more that I don’t even use. Not impressed with the sleep accuracy but still fun to track. One annoying thing is it often tells me after an excercise session “memory almost full, connect to garmin app” which I do daily, so it shouldn’t be full. Need to research this more. Spouse has a different older model garmin and never gets this message.

Perfect gift for someone who is quite rough on watches. Has good durability and can hold up better than samsung watches.

It works great but took a while to learn how to use it. The directions that came with it were limited and the print was so small I needed to find a magnifying lens to read them. I downloaded more information and it still took a while to learn how to use it. The unit works well but the technical support that comes with it is not user friendly.

Bought this as a replacement for my daughter as her previous Garmin broke after a few years. She likes the color options (purple) & the amount of info on the display. She docked it a star because it’s not super intuitive as there are a few things she hasn’t been able to figure out on it. Also, difficulties syncing it to multiple devices (phone & iPad). Otherwise, pretty content & happy with it overall. Size & functionality are pretty spot on.
