Pool itself was easy to assemble and fill. Ground is not 100% level (about a 2 inch difference between the high and low points, but no issues so far with it. The ground cloth that is supplied with it was not enough protection in my opinion. I did lay 3 more tarps underneath it so that I wouldn’t feel the ground as much, and that seems to give me a comfortable footing while I’m in the pool. The only complaint is the ladder. It was too wobbly and did not feel it was safe enough for my 5 year old to use (no platform on the top for her to safely stand on), so I bought a sturdier one which I ziptied to the metal frame to keep it steady. With a solar cover (purchased separately) it gets up to 85 degrees. It’s been up about 2 weeks and no leaks yet. I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

We’ve only had this pool for a week. I’ve seen bad reviews about the pump, so far it’s been great. Pool has been a great addition to our backyard, pool comes with a latter, tarp and a cover.

the pool is great! my son has been in it everyday since we got it! it is very easy to set up, but you definitely need two people to do it. we purchased a larger filter/pump 2500gph and also bought two hose adapters to make it fit. you dont have to buy multiple extra parts to make it work, as the instructions are a little misleading/not clear. we are happy, just wish the hoses/adapters were more sturdy and or better quality.

Pool came with at least 3 holes in the bottom. Had to patch it. Brand new my not. Bottom was turned white around the holes.

Ordered this early Spring 2020 knowing pools would be in short supply. Was concerned from negative reviews of leaks, but after 40 days of use, it is holding strong. I never used tiny supplied pump. So, in photo is the salt generator pump I purchased. Which is great for reduced maintenance involvement. I laid 3/4″ foam mat (walmart) under pool and on top of asphalt driveway/dirt area to make sure no damage to pool. Made for pleasant soft floor. I placed aluminum sheet metal under each of the legs so they would not dig into dirt or asphalt and that was a good idea, because where they are missing, the leg is digging into asphalt. Easy to build. It is slightly off level by 1″ but not a big deal. Holds up to canon balls. COMPLAINTS: hose clamps barely fit over hose. I feel I had to support hoses with rope to keep tension off. Due to bigger pump I have the larger 1.5″ hose so that increases weight for return line. Note that i have a constant drip on suction line by the tee and that is fault of the hose clamp or o ring, but not redoing any fittings this year. They say to fill it to the blue rim, but the problem is that any activity in pool splashes out so it is best to keep level where you see in photo or it will just keep splashing out with normal pool fun. So it isn’t a true 48″. CUSTOMER SERVICE – or lack. In late winter I did get some email advice but it wasn’t overly detailed. When I had a few more questions in late Spring I couldn’t get on the phone and an email took 3-5 weeks for response and by then I found my answers online. So, if you need support you will be wanting. Hoping for the 4 years of use and by then kids will be begging for a bigger pool. kids are age 9 to 5. Ladder is adequate but one heavier person had to be really careful, but it didn’t collapse or tip when another adult braced the ladder. Cover is impossible to put on the way they instruct, so I purchased large plastic Vice clamps from harbor freight and it is much easier that way. we use the pool so much I only cover it when we are away for a few days.

Bought this pool last summer (2019). We noticed rust forming after 2 MONTHS of use. This past winter when we took the pool down we cleaned the poles, sprayed rustoleum hoping that would help. Now after 2 months of use this year we have support poles that have rusted completely trough where they meet the T joint at the top. We cannot use this pool anymore as it is a safety hazard. I emailed Customer Service and was supposed to be contacted within 48 hours. Its been a whole week and I have heard nothing. Don’t waste your money on this pool, its just not worth it!

This pool was great for the summer! Easy to set up, maintain, and take down now that it’s getting cooler.
The pump and filter are completely inadequate, plan on spending just as much if not more on a quality filter and pump. We did salt water and it was SO EASY!
This pool saved the crappy summer!!

Very easy to assemble with two people. Follow the instructions and you shouldn’t have an issue. I would recommend either sand or a cushioned mat under the pool for some comfort on your feet.

I bought this pool for $230 two years ago!!!! Why such a huge price increase? Then it got a leak we repeatedly fixed and would still come out and half the water would be gone. Threw it away last fall because of leak and now I wish we still had it.,bought a bigger better pump to go with it because the pump that comes with it is two small for the amount of water. Prices of gas, plywood and pools have skyrocketed

I had intex with inflatable top..2nd season and it just has too many holes to fix. I put the noodles in it to finish this year(it does the job). So I just bought this one with metal frame to put up next year. But I am skeptical since box came all torn. I dont feel like taking it all apart since it never goes back into box. But what if the liner is torn where box is ripped? Anyone know what warranty time it has??
