I read all kinds of negative reviews and I thought I would not like this phone. However I’m an average user, I use social media, and browse the web and watch videos. I don’t think high graphic intense games will run that good, but as far any anything else this will do just about anything you need in a phone. There are some things about it that I don’t like. The internal storage is low you only get about 19 GBs out of 32, and no apps to sd card as of now, maybe an update will fix it. Battery life is good, I’ve gotten 2 days out of a full battery with average use. The speaker sounds loud, calls are good and clear. Screen isn’t amoled but watching videos looks fine, no viewing angle problems. I can see the screen fine in the sun. The camera can take some good pics, I expected it to be crap because of the negative reviews, now it’s not an iphone camera, I wish I could add some of the pictures but the files were too big to add here, the I took a couple 10 second video for snapchat and it looked clear, you can get some good pictures as long as your not in the dark, but even in dim light I managed to take some decent pictures. Overall this is a good phone for someone an average user.

I decided on the A21 to replace my J7 because of the price and features. I compared this phone A21(S215DL) [their are several models of A21] with other phones is the same price range. I decided the A21 was the best deal for the money. Of course there were better phone, however those phones were much more than I wanted to pay.
I received the phone within a few days of ordering it. The phone set up was easy. I just followed the on screen set up instructions. Transferring data from my old Galaxy to this phone, again, was very easy with the Samsung App. The operating system installed is Android 10 (Android Q for those that want the name of the system). The SIM card was preinstalled. No need to remove my old card to install in the new phone. In fact, the rear cover cannot be removed. The phone uses USB C and charges very fast.
A down side is the battery is a non replaceable 4000 mAh battery. This means once the battery goes bad, you cannot just replace it with another. You will need to take it to someone to replace it, or get another phone. It seems all the newer phone have this same concept of non replaceable batteries. The phone needs the larger 4000 mAh battery because it uses a lot of battery power.
The phone’s screen is larger and vibrant. No problem viewing it in the sunlight. The screen resolution is 720 X 1600 and screen size is 6.5″ which is more that enough for normal use, viewing photos and watching videos. If you want more resolution you will be paying a much higher price.
The phone has a finger print reader on the back of the phone for security. It is located on the upper portion of the phone. Perfect placement for using my pointer finger for unlocking the phone. I like it better than the on screen print readers that seems to have issues. It will take several print readings for the scanner to remember your print.
The phone comes with 32gig of internal memory which double my previous phone and has the ability to use a microSD card up to 512GB. I really don’t see using all the internal or external memory. I can store the photos I take with the four different cameras, and all my music on the SD card and have memory available. The phone come preloaded with a lot of apps. I uninstalled or shut down a lot of them.
Voice mails are stored on the phone, I don’t need to call to retrieve them. This is a new feature to me.
The camera works well. I have not really dived into it as of yet.
Overall, I am happy for the purchase. I have owned the phone for 3 weeks, so I may have additional insight at a later date.

love this phone. 4 cameras give you lots of photo options. started printing and making my own 8X10 of family photos with blur in the back round or live focus. So much fun!

Recently bought, very impressive! If it weren’t for one yet unsolved problem would give it 5 stars. Phone pairs up fine with my Subaru Outback but then phone keeps disconnecting and connecting with the auto Bluetooth during a call. Problem not with auto as other phones work fine.
