Cooking Instructions:

Carving Ham: Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove thawed ham from packaging and place on a rack in a large baking pan, and add about 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch of water to the pan. Bake to internal temperature of 120° F (approx. 12 minutes per lb. ). For the last 30 minutes remove ham from oven carefully , rub with ham glaze. OPTIONAL Garnish with cloves and pineapple slices . Return to oven for 30 minutes.

Sides: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film and lid, place try on baking sheet. If frozen cook for 60-75 minutes (40-50 minutes if thawed) or until fully heated throughout. Internal temp. should reach 165 degrees. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve

Apple Pie: Bake from Frozen.

Conventional Oven: preheat to 375 degrees. Remove pie from packaging (keep pie in tin while baking). Bake from frozen for 60-65 minutes

Convection Oven: preheat to 350 degrees, High Fan. Remove pie from packaging (keep pie in tin while baking). Bake from frozen for 55-60 minutes.
