Super Salty!!! I made this for our family dinner. All 5 said the same thing… WOW! ThatâĀĀs too salty!
I agree. I read that it is supposed to be actually lower in sodium, but I think thats another walmart listing error. First time I tried this brand and the last. Going back to CookâĀĀs ham!

Extreme salt! This is so salty that all you taste is salt. So upset, because of social distancing I will not return this to store, but wish I could. Never had a ham that salt was overwhelming like this. Horribly unhealthy. Our Easter dinner is ruined.

Like most reviews – salty and very fatty! Besides that now we’re 23% added content (water mainly). When 1/5 of the meat is added water – you’re just cheating people. Should be a way to not allow this!

Ham was extremely salty. Worst ham I ever put in my mouth. Very sorry I didn’t buy a Cook’s ham. Threw the ham in the garbage.

Im surprised. I always thought a ham was a ham. Smithfield is predominat in Florida and cheap. Cooked several. It’s hard to describe except the taste is strange bad. Flat and cheap tasting. Outer turns grey color when baking. Sugardale brand hams are harder to find but heck of lot better than Smithfield. Also Farmer John brand is superior. Likewise I always thought deli ham was the same until Smithfield. Rubbery weak flavor nothing like DAK or other brands. Again I always thought ham was ham until Smithfield which stands out as the worst brand. Definitely can tell difference.

Good price. Good quality. I’m happy with my purchase. However, I didn’t read the product description well or look at the picture correctly. I thought I was buying a slice of ham steak – not a half ham. Boy was I surprised when I carried my groceries in. LOL

I ordered a Boneless PORK ROAST not a ham. Huge difference and am very disappointed. This was for dinner today and this ham will not work. I will definitely not order meat from Walmart again.
