Basically, the computer is OK. I like the touch of the keyboard, the weight of the unit and the ease of using it. My problems is this – it is advertised as having a touch screen. That feature does not work. After two conversations with technicians, it simply isn’t installed on the unit. It’s not possible to exchange as it’s out of stock! So…….. either I purchase a much more expensive model, wait a few weeks to see if it’s back in stock or decide that the touch screen isn’t an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it. The only dislike is the front facing camera is really fuzzy and we couldn’t download the chrome app. It will do for now until I can afford to get upgraded laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 of these for my kids for Christmas and they love them. I had bought some high end chrome books and those didn’t cut it, but these do. Great for all around use and some gaming. Plays Roblox and all other games I’ve thrown at them. The screen is perfect size and I bought the higher res screen and lit keyboard which are great adders for the $$. Super light and mobile. 3 colors for my 3 kids and all colors look great. Overall this was a sweet laptop and now I wish I had one. I’m jealous of my kids!

Color is more gold than rose gold. Setup was pretty easy. I was looking for a cheap laptop for basic word processing, emails and a movie here and there. So far it seems to fit the bill. Only used it a few hours but I’ll update after a few more uses.

This is my 4th laptop I tried, had to return the others. You could say I’m a bit picky. One of them crashed and blue screened the 2nd week. This gorgeous rose gold HP however, has been great and I’ve owned it a month now. I bought a nice wood lap desk and the whole setup looks great and feels great. The wireless mouse is responsive and quietly clicks. The laptop itself has handled having many tabs up and various applications. I work as a freelancer as well, and it’s handled everything with zero crashes so far. Made back the money I spent on it in the first month. Its not super fast obviously, my husband has a gaming and coder level laptop, this one is quick but nothing high level. Laptop has been great for my work needs, streaming videos and uploading, and internet browsing. You see in the photos I got some decorative washii tape and I decorated the laptop so it’s even prettier now lol. All in all, if you’re lucky enough to see this laptop bundle in stock, get it!

I use my laptop daily and so far it’s been pretty good. It does occasionally give me a “black” screen. I have to turn the power off, wait a minute, then turn it back on. I think that’s kind of sad for a brand new computer but the price was right. If someone were to ask about it because they were looking for one I’d recommend this one only because of the price.

I purchased this for my son for his freshman year at university. Perfect for carrying between classes (light weight with a small form factor got a 15″ screen). Wireless setup was a breeze for the pre-configured software, and has been a productivity tool for class work.

I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop with sufficient functionality and capacity for my every day use which is fairly basic (email, drafting and editing documents, social media, Zoom meetings, reading news subscriptions, etc.). In the past I have owned a Surface Pro and a MacBook but I did not want to spend that kind of money. So far, the HP Laptop – 15z-ef100 has met all my needs and I am very satisfied. It seems to be a great product, especially for the competitive price. I have only one criticism. I understand not backlighting the keyboard as that likely keeps the price down and/or saves the battery. However, the keyboard can be difficult to read in dim lighting. I suggest using sometime of reflective paint or other product on the letters, numbers, symbols to make the keys more readable in dim or non-direct lighting.

This is a great computer I love the color and the spare mouse it works perfectly fine and I love everything about it the only thing that I really wanted was to be able to get Sims on it which wasn’t in the Microsoft store but other than that it’s a really great computer
