[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nothing but positive thoughts to say about this Samsung 65” QLED 4K television. As I sit here tonight watching the NCAA championship game, I am amazed by the clear and lifelike picture coming from the screen. My family consists of my husband, myself, and our three young children 6 and under in age. We watch anything from Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, to Sesame Street on YouTube TV. I am incredibly impressed with the speed of the television and love all of the applications that are available. My kids also think it’s cool that we can connect our phones and talk to “Alexa” through it as well. This is by far the best tv that our family has had and the 65” is perfect for our living room. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable television with great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start this review with I am a big Samsung fan. I upgraded from a 4 year old Samsung. I can tell you the colors are more vivid, the bezel is almost non existent. The remote is really cool, first of all no more double A’s, it is rechargeable, love it. I still use my sound bar, but sound is decent, I just prefer my movies with surround sound. If there was one thing that I think needs attention, sound would be it. The smart TV features are awesome, connect to the internet and you have tons of apps at your disposal. You don’t even need an antenna to have Samsung programming without signing up for anything additional.

What can I say about the remote control I really enjoy it, is to easy to use has voice control, all my family is impressed with the features of this beautiful Samsung TV. Also you can watch several channels for free, the sound quality is great and you don’t need an extra speakers the volume is enough.
I highly recommended it to all my family and friends, this tv is the best believe me I’m in love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t gotten a new TV in 5 years because I thought 4K is just 4K. Boy was I wrong! There’s a huge jump from a regular 4K TV to this Samsung QLED!
Picture: absolutely stunning! There’s so many options and modes to choose from that you can make any show or game perfect!
Sound: blown away by the sound! Movies sound like you’re in a theater and games are even more immersive!
Interface: major upgrade from my 5 year old TV. Samsung has put a lot of work into making the UI intuitive and crazy fast! The rechargeable solar remote is also really cool.
I’d recommend this TV to anyone that doubts 4K hasn’t changed in the past few years, it’s come a long way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been through many tvs but this one takes the cake. I got the 65″ version. Which much slimmer and even lighter than my old 60″.
The picture quality is amazing on this. The features that are built right into it makes me almost get rid of cable tv. I did hook up my fire cube for additional apps but it just blows me away on the clarity of the resolution, and the sound as well. I found I haven’t had to use my sound bar as much the speakers on this are amazing in themselves.
The remote is so cool as well. Controls the tv, the cable and doesn’t even take batteries it’s solar charged or usb c charged if you need. Again amazing.
I hung this on an angled wall mount and it just works out perfect in the master bedroom.
The remote has few buttons so it’s easy to navigate in the dark and the auto off timer works great. Even the picture settings dim it’s self enough for nighttime viewing. I couldn’t be happier with this samsung tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid a 3rd party to mount it in place of my old TV and do the initial set-up because I’m just not good at that kind of thing, but it didn’t take them long to do and I was pleased the mount for my 2008 Samsung 50″ plasma TV could be used. I procrastinated turning the TV back on after they left because I had lots to learn being way behind on AV technology. However, I started going through the e-manual built into the TV and it made things easy! The TV has so many features and looks and sounds great! I expected nothing less of Samsung based on how long my plasma TV lasted (it still worked when I replaced it). I’m super excited to have a Smart TV now. I’ve been playing music from my phone as well as directly on the TV. I look forward to sharing my computer screen to the TV and trying out the new streaming apps. [I signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV, but have not yet been granted access.] The only “negative” is we weren’t able to control my surround sound (home theater system) with the Samsung remote, but it’s because it’s old and out of date. The technicians had to use an optical cable to connect it to the TV. I won’t be able to watch DVDs on the theater system either, but who cares now that I have access to many other movie channels. Eventually, I’ll upgrade the sound system. I can’t use any remote to change the volume, but that’ll just force me to get my butt up off the sofa! Lol. Finally, the Samsung remote is quite useful and I like that there’s no batteries to replace. Nice job Samsung!

tv came broke cant seem to get to the right person to get it fixed have had a ticket open since this thing came. my reviews keep getting censored hopefully this one doesnt. i cant stress enough how bad this experience has been. product is broken. i have asked for managers to help this is my plea.

bought 2 of these tv’s for multi-view function and it’s “endless possibilities for splitting screens and viewing several types of content at the same time”- samsung. the only thing you can do is screen mirror a samsung phone on the right and on the left you can watch air tv, cable, samsung tv, or hdmi input. none of the pre-installed apps (disney, hulu,prime or netflix) work on multiview. youtube semi works but you need to exit split screen to search content then go back into multiview. samsung need to create a software update for this issue. picture, sound, and design are good but seriously disappointed at the multiview function. as there are cheaper alternatives ie. tu7000.
