This phone is terrible. It never activated. It refused to connect to my home wifi. I would power it off and five minutes later it would turn back on. And it never charged past 70%. I am going to be calling and asking for a refund. I bought a lg premier and it activated right away.

Coverage: no cell signal can be obtained in the office building in Houston
Further: the wi-fi calling feature that supposed to come with the phone is not working either
Overall: a useless brick so far

I’m very disappointed in this phone. Brand new with no apps loaded it was slow. Only got slower when I downloaded my usual apps.
This would be fine for someone who doesn’t use the phone alot, older people, etc. I don’t even use my phone too much yet it’s frustrating when everything is delayed.
I had a Moto G7 before this and it was 10x better. For the $30 more, I should have gotten that one again. My broken screen 1.5yr old Moto works better.

I bought the Galaxy A10e to replace my Galaxy J7Crown. I like the 32GB memory to allow for updates, the expansion slot for my micro SD card that has all my music on, and the fact that the controls are so similar than my previous phone. I did not have to go through a learning curve just to get back to normal. I do have to pick up some new charging cords to accommodate the USB-C interface. Overall, I am happy with the new phone and glad to have found the best price on the Total Wireless website 🙂

Good phone, however don’t make the mistake of getting it wet. I got mine barely wet, however discovered YOU CAN’T TAKE THE BATTERY OUT! Thus, any chance of saving it (since you can’t even get the back off) is gone. I ordered a this new phone exactly like my old one because I liked it and already had spent money on the accessories. It’s cheap enough that it wasn’t too painful to buy a new one. The sound quality of calls is great.

This is my second A10E Samsung. I had my first one for more than 2 years until my screen started getting lines on it. This model has very good speed and connectivity . I really like this model.

This is a great cell phone, samsung always delivers, good delivery, Total wireless had a good price. I would buy again. Lots of features on the samsung A10e.

Bought Phone and already had total wireless phone and number. I switched to a new phone and kept my phone number. The process was completed very easily and all done online. I was impressed and satisfied.

My phone wouldn’t work with my continuous glucose monitor, cgm, so I bought this one. The touchscreen doesn’t allow me to hold the phone by the sides without sending somewhere else. It’s also a pain to use. I decided to only use this phone as a receiver for my dexcom G6 cgm and just carry both. It’s small and slim so it’s not a real inconvenience. I hope this helps someone out there because $70 was a lot cheaper than the $300-400 for a receiver.

Bought this phone again, I liked it so much. The first one I should have put a better case on it, so my fault there. It’s low cost, but has a nice setup and speed. I’ve never had issues with it glitches or freezing either. I run it with a sizable micro-SD card to store music and pics as well to keep it from getting overfull. Very happy with this one again! 🙂
