The frame is well made and has the best tools and instructions of any home-assembled item I’ve ever purchased. They did something I’ve never seen before – including a ratcheting allen wrench that fit perfectly everywhere you need to work. Spare parts, screws with lock washers in place, instructions that were all pictures (working in any language) but REALLY easy to understand. And I was able to assemble the frame all by myself – that NEVER happens. I’m a 63 year old woman with only rudimentary skills. THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT PRODUCT!

I am so pleased with this purchase I don’t know where to start. The bed arrived with gashes and tears to the box so I thought, well gonna have some scratches for sure.. Nope.. There is a second box that contains the bed components and the packing is enclosed in plastic.. No little Styrofoam pieces all over the parts. The material and craftsmanship are superior.. Easy set up instructions, extra bolts and fasteners included.
I put this bed together by myself under 30 minuets. Another fantastic product manufactured in Vietnam. Zinus offers nice style at a nice price…

I ordered this in the Christmas Season and it definitely took a while to get here, but well worth the wait. It arrived in a huge box weighing around 85 lbs. Everything in the box was packed beautifully and securely. Directions were easy for me to understand, and all tools and hardware are included. First thing I noticed was they suggest using 2 people for assembly. Well, I’m older and on my own but I had no problem at all doing it myself. The key was taking my time and just following the steps. The Allen wrench and ratchet that comes with it made it so easy, and everything lined up and fit together perfectly. The bed itself, once assembled is beautiful. It is one of those rare times when the actual product looks even better than the pictures online. The wood is a darker rich color and looks great. Plus the wood appears to be of high quality, and so the result is a beautiful and very sturdy bed. One recommendation I would make is to not use a box spring, but just use your mattress only. It’s a platform bed, so you don’t need the box spring, and using one would cover up most of the height of the headboard which I think would detract from the overall appearance of this bed. Overall, I could not be happier with this purchase. For the incredibly reasonable price that I paid, this might be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made in terms of the value received.

I ordered this bed for my son 5 days before Christmas and with the free shipping it arrived on Christmas Eve. We were blown away with the high quality of this bed. It was packed well and it was in perfect shape. In fact, I hate how packing styrofoam pieces go all over when unpacking products, but not with this company, all the foam was wrapped in plastic. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow. We couldn’t be more pleased with its looks and sturdiness.
