I am in love with this tool. I am one who doesn’t know how to do hair at all but this tool was ez and styled my hair beautifully. The only issue is, the attachments don’t stay locked in. I am constantly having to snap it back in. Can be annoying. Maybe I have a defect so I will take it back and get a replacement.

I absolutely love this blowout brush. It is perfect for me since it has the multiple heads you can switch out. I use all of them to style my hair. I use the diffuser and concentrater to dry my hair and then the paddle and oval brush to style. It takes me about 10-15 minutes from wet hair to dry, shiny, and styled hair.

Love this electrical CHI dryer! I don’t need a blow dryer anymore. It has 4 attachments… diffuser, nozzle oval brush and paddle brush.. Best thing ever, and saves time too!

If i could give this zero stars I would. I purchased this for my wife over the Revlon brand thinking it was a higher quality product. This thing broke in less that a month due to cheap plastic parts. Don’t buy this product.

This is the best thing I’ve bought for my hair, my hair was very damaged but using this makes my hair shiny and soft, and I get compliments which I never did before. I love this product and will buy again if this one breaks.

I really love my CHI VOLUMIZER blowout brush. I wish I had bought this a long time ago instead of just using a blow dryer.

Bought this for my college age daughter for a Christmas Gift. She absolutely loves it. It quickly dries and curls her hair. It feels much better build for other online models.

I bought this as a gift for a family member. Luckily I got the warranty because one of the clips that hold the attachments broke on it’s first use. Otherwise. It works really well. Haven’t contacted Best Buy for the damaged dryer but hopefully she has better luck with a replacement.
