I bought these to have as a shelf-stable replacement in case I run out of real eggs and can’t get to the store for more. Real eggs will never be able to be replaced by any powdered eggs, in my opinion, but Augason Farms brand is a reputable company to purchase products from. Walmart usually has a better price on them with free shipping than they do at their website. Powdered eggs are best used in baking, reconstituted with an equal amount of warm water.
If you want them for scrambled eggs, buy the Scrambled Eggs Mix.

I made this tonight and it was good . I made them plane without adding salt or pepper. They tasted ok plain. I recommend adding salt and pepper wile cooking and adding more water than it states . Like 1 cup of eggs to 1.25 cups of water. I also made French Toast with it. It was really good like the real thing no difference. The meat was caned ham. It is called D A K fully cooked premium ham.

I truly love these eggs, just add a little water and prepare to cook like you usually do. If you want scramble eggs just add a little powdered butter and some powdered milk to the mixture they are delicious! The powdered eggs are so convenient. I use vacuum seal proportions for home, camping and hiking. Some, I mix for scrambling which I mix before vacuum sealing. Never worry about spoiled eggs.

There are times I run out of eggs and do not realize it until I am in the middle of a dish. I do not have that worry any more. I just add to the ingredients and get the same result as if I actually had a dozen of eggs.
