The best gimbal moza air 2. It’s little hard to use at first but once you get used to it.. I love it. All the setting you need to set on there. No need to use your phone.

So this is more complicated than just attach your camera and go. I wasn’t aware how much calibration would be necessary. Anyway, once I do it a few times I’m sure it’ll be a no-brained. There is a lot of functionality available on this stick!

So I read many reviews prior to buying this gimbal. Many were gleaming & others were, well… NOT AT ALL. My theory was that the quality control from the manufacturer was rather poor though the product was rather phenomenal when built properly. I also read that the customer service from Gudsen was absolutely atrocious so if you were one of the unlucky ones to get a poorly manufactured gimbal then you were basically out of luck. So now we come to my decision to purchase this gimbal from my trusted brick and mortar Best Buy. Being that I really wanted this gimbal over the competition but I was apprehensive about what I may receive I thought I could purchase this from Best Buy, add on the service plan, and then I’d have a trusted company I could return to if I ended up with a failure of a product. I know it costs more but I’m one of those who is willing to pay for quality and assurances.
So I’ve had this gimbal for about a month. I’ve taken it on multiple shoots and it has performed quite well. Several people complain of the complexity of the menu but that hasn’t been a problem for me. I was shooting with a Nikon D810 which unfortunately had not connectivity to this gimbal but I am now switching to the z6 which I read has support. (That is still yet to be seen)
All in all I am very satisfied and I would purchase this again, but only with the 3rd party coverage. Again I chose Best Buy for this coverage & local store appeal.

While moza is a decent brand, the warranty side may not be when product fails to function properly.
I received a dud that quit working correctly after 3 months

After searching for a gimbal in my budget I chose this. I use it for my Canon R6. It is very sturdy and works well. I have 2 complaints. 1) the directions are very confusing and the video tutorial they send to watch with it is for another version and not this one. The settings were different so it took me a long time to set up which brings me to my second complaint. It is not very beginner friendly and takes a long time to figure out having the unclear instructions. I also am not a fan that it does not fully lock and part of it will always swivel. But it does the job well!

As everyone knows video is the future of advertising and marketing. This gamble really separates Semi-Pro from just straight amateurs and the possibilities are almost endless.
