It took longer to put together then it took for me to put two of the matching night stands. I’m using a Full size, and the extension board is really not wide enough. Really should be for Queen size only.

I used this headboard as a “canvas” to build the headboard I wanted.

Went together fairly quickly, but the holes do not line up for a full metal bed frame, so have to attach either by drilling holes or attaching with glue. It is a full queen but is set up to attach to a platform bed from same company. Not sturdy enough for use for a children’s bed, but looks great and ok for an adult bed. I am satisfied, but will have to do some additional work to make it a little more sturdy for sitting up in bed.

The headboard is thick and the screws they gave to locate it to bed are too small for this. As a result, we built it but when I applied little pressure to it it dislocated. It is not strong enough to stay stable. I don’t recommend it.

Looked beautiful. Got it, took a while to put together and after it was all said and done, I stood it up and the leg split. Tried to salvage it by adding an additional screw in the corner but didn’t work. Poorly made but I guess that’s what I get for looking for something cheap.

I bought 2 headboards – very happy overall; easy to put together .. the first one took about an hour & the second took about 40 minutes. I do wish the nuts & bolts were included to attach to the metal bed frame but I’m happy with the way they look 🙂

The headboard was nice but it was cracked on one side. It was for my niece. She said it was ok and she would use it though.

We have a total of five South Shore pieces. This headboard is by far the most annoying one that we’ve put together, which is why I gave it four stars and not five. Not only was the box really, really heavy, but because the pieces are so long, and the shipping company so rough, the main/center panel arrived with the beginning of a crack in it – on the front side of course. We didn’t notice it until we had already started putting it together, which was a whole other joy. I don’t know why, but I never expected that every single piece of this would be separate. With the crack in the headboard we had to be extremely careful when getting this upright and putting it in place to attach to the bed so that the crack wouldn’t get any bigger. Thankfully I’ve been able to do a repair/cover up on it so the crack isn’t noticeable. I’m also considering making a fabric insert that would completely cover up the center panel, although I really do like the look of an all white headboard.

I only paid $99 so I wasn’t expecting the best quality. There were some damaged pieces (scratches and nicks) but they were hidden, for the most part. Packaging was ok and its a cute headboard for a very low price.

$90 you get what you pay for. Holes are not drilled. Locking nut too large to fit in middle if the headboard. We now have a big bulge in the headboard.
