I am very pleased with this pillow. I bought it for breastfeeding and it provides me the strong back support I need. Very comfortable. The pillow was well packaged. No smell at all when I opened it. I let it sit in the living room for a few days and it became fuller each day. I feel like this pillow can hold its shape pretty well because it is so full of memory foam. The extra roll pillow is a bonus.
