Weekend Woodbutcher –
I’m really liking these curtains. We have a west facing enclosed porch on our house that becomes an oven in late afternoon and needed something to block the sun. These work perfectly. The colored threads in the curtains closely match the various colors on the porch and the curtains block about 75% of the light. We can now comfortably sit out there late in the day without fear of our retinas being fried by Sol but enough light gets through so the porch doesn’t feel abnormally dark.
We’ll see how well these hold up over time but right now I can’t think of a single thing about them to complain about.

Absolutely love the look of these! Will had texture to your space while still being neutral (I ordered the white ones). They were wrinkled due to packaging and although I’ve take a clothing steamer to them I haven’t been able to get all the wrinkle out. May have to try an iron on a lower setting.

I love the way these curtains hang and look. They went perfect in my outdoors themed room, but could go in a formal room as well. I used these curtains in a bed room to hide the wide opening in wall that has my washer and dryer and some shelving. It appears as if I have a big window there. It makes the room seem taller. If I turn the lights on behind the curtain ,it makes a soft night light. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to get the fold wrinkles out. I washed and dried them but there were still very noticeable fold wrinkles. I ironed them on a higher heat instead of a low heat and spray bottled with water. That worked a lot better. I still saw wrinkles but when I hung them up they looked good. I even tried a steamer on a part of the curtains and it seemed to make it worse. The fabric has a little plastic substance in and that is why its hard to get wrinkles out. I think it would keep out the cold because of of the back of the material. I would definitely recommend these curtains. I bought two pairs to cover the wash room. The ivory looks like pictured. It goes nice with my cream walls.

EstĂ¡n mal hechas, el corte estĂ¡ chueco. No las hubiera comprado, la calidad no es buena.

The curtains look good, very nice color and material, they don’t look cheap, although they don’t cost a fortune. But a bit narrow for our window, so check the measurements!

I had to hire someone to install curtain rods and hang the drapes. As it worked out, there wasn’t time to wash and dry the drapes before hanging them.
Right out of the package, these are very badly creased and wrinkled. I tried to iron one pair without washing first, and it did not turn out satisfactorily. I don’t remember any instructions on the package about washing and drying before hanging, and I’d forgotten about the reviewer comments. I just checked, and the description on Amazon does not say they have to be washed and dried first. I can’t check to see if the care label says to do it because the label is at top of the panels, which I can’t reach.
I would like to take them down, wash, dry, and immediately rehang them, but I can’t. My ceiling are about 12 feet high, and the curtain rods are only about 5 inches below. Even with a ladder, unsafe at my age, I am too short to reach them to take them down and rehang them.
In addition, they are very stiff. That might change if I could wash and dry them. However, some day when I can get someone to take them down for me, I will donate them and buy something else because one of the panels is cut wrong. The fabric was not straight when the panel was cut, so the pattern is not straight. The left side of the stripes are about 2″ higher than the right.
I would return the crooked pair because the return window is still open, but I can’t get them down. There are two windows, so the other pair is a loss, too. I certainly won’t buy another pair of the same drapes or have two different pair in the small room.
I can’t say these drapes are entirely awful because other reviewers have had good experiences, and I didn’t remember their advice about washing and drying, so I have to accept some responsibility. However, I will say that the seller needs to say clearly in the description that they *must* be washed and dried immediately before hanging. If I had seen that, I would not have bought them and lost $50 (both pair). P.S. As other reviewers said, they are not light blocking.

These curtains are a great value for the quality you get. I wanted curtains that were nude in color but had a little bit of a subtle texture so they were not so plain. I am glad I found these because they are lovely. They come folded, so they will need to be either put in the dryer or ironed to get the creases out. The o it downside for me is that the back is a white liner, which can sometimes show if the reverse side of the curtain is showing.

These curtains are wonderful. They’re blackout, and very well made. It goes perfect with my woodsy natural boho vines in my living room. Highly recommend

i liked these online, but love them in person. i purchased them in ivory and they are perfect. they aren’t blackout curtains, but for such a light colored curtain they block more light than i expected.
Erika –
Do not expect this product to be blackout curtains.
Blackout curtains often refer to drapes that are made of a double-lined and this is not the case.
Therefore, Light comes through curtain.
Very dissapointed that there are not advertised properly. Specially when you look for room darkening curtains.

So so so shiny. Based on the photos and description it sounded like it would be a nice natural earthy looking fabric, but they were very shiny and I really didn’t like them so I returned them immediately. We also bought them for the insulation factor and they were SUPER thin. I cannot imagine them being very effective at preventing a draft through old windows.
LKC –
These are NOT blackout curtains as advertised. They let a ton of sun in and the lining is a thin, white plastic coating. I put them up and am immediately sending them back as they are not as advertised.
Jill George –
Overall, I really like these curtains. I got the white ones and they really brightened up my living room (I had dark curtains before). I washed and dried them before hanging and the wrinkles are gone. The material is a little shiny and feels a little like plastic but they have a good drape so I don’t care about the material feel. I would buy them again! They are narrow, if you have wider windows or want more on the wall around the windows you’ll need more than one pair per window.
