Comforter is soft and warm but 2 pillow shams were missing from packaging. According to details, there should have been 3 pieces. According to about this item, “ Set includes: One comforter and two shams. When contacting AMAZON, the solution was return comforter for replacement or refund. Shams to be included in item I paid for was all I wanted.

I received this package opened, the comforter not stored inside the plastic bag with the zipper to bag broken so I am assuming that this product was possibly used or returned. It is a nice comforter overall but the plaid side is a different material and not soft it seems as if it has a coating spray or something on it but the other side is nice and soft. Good quality, lightweight. However, when it comes to bedding I like an unopened package and if I wanted it this in the way I would have went to Home Good’s clearance section and purchased it because they carry this product. Bedding I want new not wondering who’s house it has been at. It said it was a “new” product. Not “open box” product.

We wanted a summer comforter. Eddie Bauer has always been my go-to. This comforter is thinner than my winter comforter, but still has some weight. We are pleased with it.

the colors are great. The thickness is perfect. I added a plush down comforter underneath for extra poof. Then a bright orange throw. My teen will love it!

Like this comforter, colors are true to the photo. Bought a king size for our queen bed that has a thick mattress on it. Fits perfectly. I had never purchased a “used-like new” item from Amazon before, and looked up the definition prior to ordering. This worked for me, but be advised. The definition on line indicates that the “used-like new” means the item’s packaging was damaged. The packaging was intact, but I found long, white pet hairs covering it as well as a hole in the seam at the top. I washed the items and fixed the whole. Fortunately, we don’t have pet allergies, or that could have been an issue.

I am not thrilled with the suede feeling. I didn’t read the description close enough. I was not expecting the suede feel of this blanket. It will take some getting used to. I would just return it, but I needed a blanket and this works. It’s heavy and light feeling at the same time lol. I don’t know how that works, but it keeps me warm. I do really like the color and style, the texture is ok.
