As others have stated, I did not receive the item pictured. I’m okay with that because they’re being used for a cake but if you’re looking for specific characters, you may end up disappointed. Seller needs to update the listing.

We had the same issue that many others have had…the product we ordered had certain characters in the picture and description, but they sent us a different version of the toy, with different characters. The characters they sent are less prominent in the show (seasons 1 & 2).

We were excited to get this and once we opened it has zero appeal to my toddler who absolutely loves Puppy Dog Pals. They should really make the bottom to most of these wider. He got so frustrated that he couldn’t get them to stand up. I kept having to do it and then tell him not to touch as they would fall down right away. I’m a little bummed that they wouldn’t include Hissy or Arf as they are some of the main characters. the heads of Bingo and Rolly dont move that well and I have to help my kid to move them. Why would they include the food feeder and not Arf or Hissy?

I did not receive the same item pictured. I was disappointed because Arf and Hissy were not in the set that I received. I bought this to go on top of my sons birthday cake and Arf is one of his favorite characters so I was extremely disappointed!

Not what is pictured. Super disappointed that the picture is misleading. No Hissy or Arf.

While this one is cute, it’s not the one I ordered. Hissy and Arf was in the picture of the one I ordered.
