4 starts only because I have cats that want to constantly go outside but aren’t allowed to and this did not come with the tools to properly set up the side blockers so we had to go buy duct tape and tape foam to the window until we could get the proper tools to assemble the sides. It requires a screwdriver and I believe an Alan wrench. Smart controls are nice but when using my Google home mini to control it I am unable to change anything other than on/off and set temperature. This air conditioner has a set lowest of 61 and it’s actually very heavy.

First and foremost, we’re thankful for a working powerful air conditioner. It works great so far! However, it isn’t the quietest despite the name and the remote works okay.
That aside, the screens on the side don’t stretch to the size it says it will fit up to 41”. Our window is just under 40” and we couldn’t get it to stretch more than a few inches. They also sent the wrong screws or something because they were incredibly challenging to put on and we put it together according to instructions. It asks for a hex screw to fixate the plastic screen slide. So it took way longer to put together than it should’ve and actual muscle power by two guys.
Amazon was super understanding and credited back some money to compensate for the extra hardware needed. Love the air conditioner itself but after spending $600 it’s a little frustrating it wasn’t an easier process.

This Unit is QUITE & powerful! I originally purchased it for my bedroom as you can see, but after the first night decided that I was going to swap it out with my living room unit, because it was soo cold in my room. This unit is so convent its like have central air. It can be used with the remote, through your WIFI connection, or best of all VOICE ACTIVATED. Bonus of this unit is that it is 115V, no need for a 220V outlet.

This window AC works great. I am glad I purchased it and would purchase it again. It is reasonably quiet and cools well. As a smart appliance, it was the simplest I have experienced for connecting to WiFi and my apps.
It is heavy! When I took it out of the box it was badly bent up. I don’t know if I caused the damage or the shipper. However, the manufacturer did not mark the box in a way that made clear which side had to be up and where one should not strap it. There is almost no cushioning or other protection against lateral pressure on the box. Only the bottom of the box seems to be designed with protection. Fortunately the metal frame and outer case were thin enough for me to pound them back in place with a hammer. And a fin comb worked great to repair the coil.
Installation instructions are terrible, with poor detail in the figures. The unit needs to be removed from its metal enclosure for installation. When it is reinserted, it must be secured in place with four screws on the outside of the enclosure. For me, those screws are 30 feet above the ground. I hope they are not necessary.
Overall, this is a good product with some refinements needed to improve the customer experience.

After shopping around quite a bit, I decided on 2 of these. My central air went out and it never really cooled down our 1300 sq ft home easily. These are both installed on the north side of the house in strategic places for best efficiency. One is installed in the living room wall that is attached to our garage. The garage has a window that I open up during the summer there is no problem with the exhaust. The other one is about 15 ft away installed in a window frame in the family room. I had to take the window out. The window was a smaller size just the right height and about 10″ longer. That also worked out very well. Both are off the floor by about 5 /2 ft with the vents pointed as far up as possible. We don’t like cold air blowing on us and it seems to be the best way to install an air-conditioner. Each air conditioner cools half the length of the home very well. We keep the fan on low always. It’s very quiet and I like the WiFi feature a lot.. Even the bedrooms get cooled very well with the door open. NOW, we are anxiously. waiting for our 1st electric bill to compare with our old central unit. I will definitely be back to update on that one. We’ll see just how efficient these air conditioners really are by comparing our electric bill to July of 2020. Fingers are crossed. Both of us don’t like it any cooler than 74 degrees. I like 76 personally. I keep my living space at 76 and my wife’s at 74. We actually both have our favorite side of the house. So this has all worked out wonderfully for us both “so far.” If the electric bill is a lot higher than expected, I’m knocking off 2 stars. I want to love these 100%.

15,000 BTU 115V (Normal House Voltage) Window AC that cools 650 sq ft room very quickly and effectively. I live in Southern California (Pasadena) and am very pleased with this purchase. Nice touch that it is WiFi Enabled and that most features can be controlled from Alexa and Google Hub. Weight ~100lbs +, so I purchased a good window support that is much larger/stronger than the small support that comes with the AC. Noise level of OK — loud but not that distracting.

This unit (15,000 BTU) is a quiet workhorse. It cools beautifully. I have it in a large high ceiling room in an open floor plan home. On medium speed, it quickly cools almost the entire house at least 1000 s.f. with no problems.
