I literally just got finished opening up the box and immediately plugged it up to use it. My hair is so think and I have either given away or thrown away several “cheap” flat irons and curling irons in the last 10 – 15 years looking for the perfect one. I FOUND IT! I am so impressed with how straight and smooth my hair came out and was beside myself. I am smiling from ear to ear because I know I made a good investment. I recommend this flat iron for people with thick, wavy hair. Great purchase!

I purchased this from Amazon as they were the lowest priced and actually had sold a lot of both models, but the Neuro Smooth had some great reviews and some not so great, thus I am giving my two cents worth. I have dry hair with some breakage, fall out due to medications for Thyroid. However, this Neuro 1.25” Flat-Iron is amazing, it’s the first one I have bought that I can easily program and SEE the correct temperature to avoid frying my hair. Even with natural hair loss on top of my issues I have very thick hair about1.5” below my shoulders, it usually took me 45-60 minutes to blow dry & straighten my hair. Now it’s less than 30 minutes, and my hair is shiny and looks salon straightened. People complained about this pulling on their hair, I have not had that problem, and this is the BEST FLAT IRON I have ever owned!!

I had the prior Paul Mitchell flat iron, but after going to the salon, my stylist used this Neuro smooth flat iron and it worked much better. So I had to purchase it,….and it DID work much better. Works more quickly, straightens (or curls) hair much more quickly, and easier on my hair (doesnt fry it). Big improvement.

Wow!!!! I have super curly hair and love in a place with incredibly high humidity. This is the best flat iron I have ever used!

I’ve tried many irons. And I come back to my Sedu. However, this iron is a game changer. It retains heat! Many irons after one swipe of my hair, I would need to wait a bit to second swipe. This iron maintains temp really well. And it heats up quick. I have thick coarse hair and it usually take several passes to get it straight. Not with this iron. A great purchase! Worth the money!

ThunderCat and I have been married 33 years. It is hard to find gifts she wants. She has everything at this point. Her crappy flat iron died, and she borrowed this model from our daughter. TC liked it, and was slow to replace hers because she didn’t want to pay this much for one, but she didn’t want to go back to a crappy one. My daughter said she wanted hers back, so I should get ThunderCat one like it for her impending birthday. I did, and she purred and stuff when she opened it. So… Yeah…
