I do not like special hair treatments, masks etc, I tried several, and stopped using them after awhile. Most of them leave film on my hair which makes it heavy and dirty (10 miracle is greasy by the way). This product is amazing. I was very disappointed when I used it first time, my hair was so sleek, very smooth, lightweight and volume free after I rinsed the product out, and it did seem like there was something left on my hair, but no need to worry. After I dried my hair, it was bouncy, shiny, healthy, silky, had lots of volume, no tangles, not greasy, not dry, just perfect and clean! This is great for humid weather, it will keep your hair frizz free at least for several hours. The smaller 5.1 oz tube is huge, I was surprised when I received it, it’s cheap and will last you long time, you don’t need to use a lot. I am not sure why some reviewers say you have to wait 20-30 minutes?? directions say “Remove excess water from hair. Saturate evenly focusing on most damaged areas. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly”. Who has time to stand in the shower for 30 minutes just for this? I sometimes use it as a regular conditioner, apply and wash it off without waiting, it works just the same.

The conditioner is NOT Sebastian conditioner. They filled it with Pantene conditioner. I could tell right away that it didn’t smell like Sebastian conditioner and I knew right away what kind it was. I compared it to my Pantene conditioner and it was the same. Also, it wasn’t full. I will never buy shampoo or conditioner from Amazon again. I’m returning

I really don’t know if this product does or does not strengthen hair. My hair has been dyed every which way, so I can’t say that I’ve noticed a huge improvement in its strength. What I do know is this product is a great conditioner if you have combination Einstein and Grandmamá (Addams’ Family) hair, which I have. It makes it possible to comb through my hair with the least amount of pain after washing it and leaves my hair less dried out and feeling silkier.
And even then, after I dry my hair, I apply an additional BB type of leave-in conditioner to the ends so my hair doesn’t go crazy before the next wash.
The five stars are for its use as a conditioner in order to be able to comb out the tangles without much pain. If there is an additional benefit, all the better.

I ordered this because I’ve used and had great results with Sebastian products in the past. However, upon arrival I opened the bottle to smell the conditioner (Sebastian has a very distinct pleasant smell) and it absolutely did not smell like I am used to. So I figured I would at least give it a try before I reviewed the product. (Optimistically thinking maybe they changed their signature scent). I came to realize, it’s not Sebastian conditioner that is in the bottle I received… it’s cheap drugstore conditioner, smelling and leaving my hair dryer than before I used it exactly like Pantene.
Moral of the story… trust your stylist when they tell you not to buy salon products on Amazon

I dont know what the heck I was doing with my life before I found this shampoo and conditioner.
I have fine, color treated blond hair. The shampoo cleanses without stripping. Important to rinse ALL the conditioner.
I live in Central Pa, our winters are very dry. I’ve noticed a large improvement in the moisture and health of my scalp since using this line. It doesn’t affect my color at all. I tried to switch up so my hair wouldnt build up a tolerance. I use Matrix So Silver S&C. (Another great product set) Any other type I’ve tried to mix in and alternate doesnt cut it. I always need my Sebastian. The smell never gets old. It’s super fresh and pleasant. Not girly or manly.

This hair mask kills all early signs of damage – if you use it weekly, I swear it’ll grow your hair (or at least look and feel like it because it’s so healthy). My hair went from bad haircut with frizzy brittle ends to LUSCIOUS and grew 3 inches in 6 months just because of the added protection from the mask!

I can’t say that I like the product I received it in the package it looked like it had already been used very disappointed I use Sebastian’s products quite often but this one seemed like it had been used and sent to me it had no Seal on it and it was already popped up disappoint it it’s a hassle trying to put it back in the Box When it’s already popped up because it’s Has already Been open ..When I got it that was just $30 down the drain not happy.. How can I send a back when it’s damaged running all over the place inside the Box… All I’m asking is for a replacement or a refund for my $30
