At first I wasn’t sure if the product was working because it is scent-free and foam-free, but after cleansing my skin felt super clean and ultra hydrated so trust that this product is in fact doing its job. The fact that it is so gentle and so effective is impressive and has convinced me to keep using it!

I don’t know how, but this thing helps keep my maskne in check (acne from wearing a face mask all day) better than any extra-gentle cleanser or any stronger chemical exfoliant cleanser I’ve tried. PHA is the perfect balance between gentle and active for my face. I love how it’s almost scentless, and it’s generally non irritating to my fairly sensitive skin. I will admit I am casually looking for a less expensive but still high quality alternative… but in the meantime I’m hooked.

I have used this facial wash for almost 10 years. My dermatologist recommended this to me years ago since I tend to be very sensitive to most cleansers. It has helped keep my face clean and prevents me from breaking out or getting too dry. I highly recommend.

I am revising my review!!! They have ruined a wonderful product. It seems they have added a fragrance to this so it now has a scent. I have severe sensitivities to any form of fragrance. I’ve opened it, of course, so now I’m out nearly $30!

At first I wasn’t sure if this product was working because it doesn’t foam, but when I looked at the sink after washing my face … let’s just say I have never actually seen the dirt leave my face until I used this product. Cleans SUPER effectively. My skin is a little dry when I have finished, but that also provides a “it’s working” feeling, and everything was back to normal once I put moisturizer on. I have definitely seen cleaner, brighter skin since using this product.
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW TWO MONTHS LATER: I just updated my previous review to be 5 stars. I saw results right away but since using every day for the past two months, my skin is noticeable clearer and brighter. This product also LASTS A LONG TIME. I just re-ordered!
