Lilac frost made my hair this god awful brown. .what a waste of money.

This product does nothing on gray hair that has not been bleached.

I’ve used overtone several times in the past, but I thought this would be a quicker/easier option to touch up my [professionally done] rose gold highlights that had faded a little brassy.
It did nothing. I followed all directions. My hair is pre lightened, but it didn’t deposit any color or tone my hair at all. It looks exactly the same.

My hair feels nice, so there’s that. But I already have products for that, and didn’t need to waste more money for a glorified conditioner.

Was so excited after seeing a commercial and decided to try. It is expensive for the amount you get, very little amount. I think I used almost a half of it as I hoped to at least use it twice but did nothing to my hair. So upset with this product. Will use the rest and even if it will give a little result it will be washed out too fast. And it is not worth 25$. There is better products for cheaper with a better and longer results, will go back to my old routine.
If anyone interested, to get lift for my bleached hair when it gets yellow ish, I use Iroiro Semi Permanent hair collor. I used purple at first just add a little amount mixed with conditioner for 30 min and my hair has a beautiful white/gray/ice color, and last for about a week. Also started mixing gray and purple together with conditioner gives great collor as well a little darker. If anyone wants to try I love it, and they cost 12$ and will last long time as you just mixing it.
