I grew up taking VM-75’s daily, when I got older I switched to VM-2000’s. I then switched to several other reputations multi-vitamins. I decided to try these and was extremely disappointed. In decades of taking vitamins, this is only the 2nd time I have thrown away vitamins. They smell like every other solgar vitamin but causes a couple of side effects that I had. I had no idea it was the vitamins until my wife who is a doctor asked me if I had started anything new, she said I should discontinue them. I did, and the side effects went away.
Your experience may differ but I have never seen vitamins (not herbal supplements) cause harm. What u don’t need you excrete…all this had made me change my mind about all vitamins. I won’t be buying these again.

Probably the best multivitamin for males! The packaging says to take three tablets per day, but unless you are under lots of stress, needs extra boost or training very hard, 3 for me are too much. Two do their job and I’m feeling great. Bear in mind that you will need to drink plenty of water to dilute the ingredients and help your body to absorb them.

I have to laugh at reviews that mention these pills are too big, they stink, etc… I mean come on people, where did your testosterone go? Man the f-up! If you’re complaining the pill doesn’t fit in your mouth or that it doesn’t taste or smell like candy, you really need this pill because you have no testosterone left in your system. After taking these for just 4 days – 3x per day as recommended (3 pills is the serving size) with meals, one at every meal, I have noticed a BIG difference for the better – more energy overall, more enthusiasm on everything and better quality sex as well, girlfriend is even happier now. I do watch my diet, avoiding processed foods at all costs also helps. Again, if the size and taste/smell of these pills make you become a whining baby, I can’t imagine a mess you’ll become when real problems happen in your life… buy with confidence, this supplement really works.

I got this for my tinnitus (this and Ginko), and it seems to be helping after only 2 weeks. As a side effect, the front part of my hairline has moved down about 6mm, at both left and right entry points (I noticed maybe 40 or 50 short hairs), which leads me to believe I was lacking in some of these vitamins and minerals. I think this because I do not believe new hair can be grown, but that some baldness is to lack of nutrients or meds, trauma, etc, not just genetics. I’m not complaining, but I wonder what other nutrients I am lacking in. Food today really sucks in terms of nutrition.

I had an appendectomy and my bowel movements have not been as regular as they use to be. Since I’ve been taking this male multiple it has returned to normal. When my first bottle ran out I switched to another cheaper multiple that only required one a day and I lost that regularity again. Started up again with a second bottle of this Solgar Male Multiple and I’m back to being regular again. Ahhhhhh – It’s not easy getting old : ) I’m not a doctor, this is only my opinion/experience, take it with a grain of salt.

Just received Male Multiples 4 days ago and have been taking them for those 4 days. Yes, I feel better, clear minded and vibrant.
Thats all nice and good but ‘cmon guys… you want to feel like you did when you were a younger guy.. 18, 20, 25 years old.
I feel 20 years old again ! And I’m talking “sexually”.
No doubt at 60 years old there is some kind a decline in your circulatory system.

So…. long story short on “day # 4” WOW!… Big Surprise !

Solgar Male Multiple is no longer made unfortunately (only a few remaining on the web) — I have been using these great vitamins for over 20 years.
Solgar and all other brands have nothing to replace the unique combination of a lot of Selenium, Chromium, Calcium, Magnesium plus with zero vitamin K.
For some reason modern multivitamins have almost no Calcium and Magnesium.
And the ones such as Vitacost Life Force are loaded with energy boosting ingredients such as L-Tyrosine, DMAE, CoQ10 etc plus vitamin K.
These energy boosting ingredients mean you can’t take them at night (only AM) if you want to get good sleep, and are dangerous to folks with weak hearts that go into afib with such energy boosters.
Obviously vitamin K is not good for folks on Coumadin or equivalent.
The small amounts of ginseng do not affect sleep.
Very sorry to see this product with a unique combination of ingredients not being made anymore.

I am going to the gym 5 times a week + 1-2 afternoon football, so I’m trying to make sure that everything is there nutrition wise that my body needs. I take a bunch of food supplements including: Pure95 protein isolate, 42Nu digestive enzymes, NOW betadine HCI (protein digestive enzymes), NutraVita bio cultures, #RAW ecdy, Nu U Omega 3 fish oil, Nu U turmeric… and Solgar Male Multiples.
Just run out of my male multiples 2 weeks ago, and that’s when I recognised they worth more than the rest of my supplements all together. My progress in the gym slow down big time. Ordered 2 x 120 tablets, arrived today.
Compares to my previous pack:
– They don’t smell like a dead fox anymore, recipe is updated I guess (my colleagues in the office used to moan about the previous one… like I care)
– change in shape, now it’s flat and easy to swallow
Not sure if it still affects sleeping if you’re taking them late, I wouldn’t take it after 6pm to stay on the safe side.
I am very happy with this product. Gives me energy and my progress in the gym is much better with them.

Not really sure what more to say aside from the headline. Definitely feel a difference after two weeks. More energy, more focus and concentration and general well-being appears to better than before.
Only con is the stench of the damn thing. Keep it in a safe, in a cupboard in the basement because simply opening the bottle has the effect of dropping a stink bomb in whatever room you’re in.
Pill isn’t THAT big. Just man up and take it down with a gulp of water.

This Multivitamin indeed deserves a great review.
In the past I have tried mega-men, opti-men and various other run of the mill vitamins that lost their quality over time and hence they lost my patronage.
These days you hardly find a great QUALITY Multi (specially for Men) that is worth it’s salt so to speak.
SOLGAR has kept its quality standards stable across time and that is why I love their products. This Male Multiple is a great example of that. I highly recommend it to all Men out there who would not compromise on quality.

Purely unbiased review, I take multivitamins as a means of getting the missing vitamins I lack from poor diet. I’ve been taking these for probably around a year now, I take 2 a day not the 3 pill stated dose. I’ve still had colds, had poor energy etc so I can’t say if they are really doing anything for me! Long term who knows but I feel more peace of mind taking these.
