I had read the reviews, ordered up one size. Fit is a little big, buy fine. No one wants a vest too tight! Worth the money, great value!

I have a couple of other vests like this and I really love them. I was concerned when I saw the reviews that for some it was smaller than they expected and a recommend to order a size larger. I am so glad that I stayed true to what I know my size is. I order a lot of clothes by mail and I know that the key is paying attention to the sizing charts that are given and not just assuming that all sizes are the same fit. I checked the sizing chart and picked my size based on the measurements given and not the size label. It fits perfectly. For me, saying perfectly can be tricky. My most challenging fit is around the stomach area. If I buy according to chest and hip measurements, it usually doesn’t fit around my middle section. It would be important with this vest because it would mean never being able to zip it up. I was so happy that it zips with a little space to spare!! Don’t be afraid to order this vest if you know your measurements and order accordingly based on the sizing chart.

This vest is as described! The material is soft but it is a very clingy and staticky material, but I expected it would be. I am 5’2 and wear typically 1x shirts and I bought a 2x vest. The vest is slightly loose I probably could get a 1x but I don’t like my stuff tight and I could wear a thicker shirt under this if I waned to. It keeps me warm enough. I have washed it several times and it seems to be holding up. Planning to buy another in a different color.

This full-zip fleece vest is 100 percent polyester and is soft and warm. It has a 3 inch stand-up collar and the 1 X size is 27 inches in length and the chest circumference is 50 inches measured from armhole seam all the way around. The bottom edge circumference is also 50 inches. The zipper is heavy duty, operates smoothly.
The vest is not shapeless but is instead somewhat tapered with vertical seams front and back. And, on either side of center front are zippered welt pockets. Laundry care is machine wash inside out on gentle cycle with like colors in cold water. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed, tumble dry on low heat and iron on wrong side on low, if desired. Do not dry clean. Good wardrobe basic.

I ordered an Amazon Essential vest twice and both times the sizing was completely off. Initially I ordered a 1x and the vest fit like an XL. I returned it and then ordered a 2x, which fit like a 4x. In between the product went out of stock and apparently Amazon switched vendors between the first time I ordered it and the second. So clearly the two vendors have completely different approaches to sizing, but beware. The vest itself is nice, although I liked the details on the first version of the vest. I also like the idea of Amazon Essential clothes. But please Amazon….get your act together on the sizing!

THIS is what I’ve been looking for. I’m absolutely fed up with women’s cold weather garments being too short to cover my a$$. Seriously, do clothing designers think we can’t feel the cold back there?? I’m FAR more interested in staying warm and appropriately dressed than showing off my figure.
You CAN do both. This isn’t fitted, of course, but it’s also not baggy and shapeless. It does give you room to move, which I prefer, it’s very comfortable, nice and cozy, and it’s LONG enough to do the job. It’s absolutely perfect, actually. I completely recommend it, and should probably buy another so when this one finally passes it’s prime I won’t have to search so hard for a replacement.

I love this vest, I have been wearing it just about every day mainly as outerwear to help when chilly, although you can wear it as a part of your outfit as well. Warm, snuggly, and soft! I have washed it but hung it up to dry as I did not want it to shrink, it fits perfect the way it is. I will buy more in other colors but they are sold out of my size already. My only complaint, they need additional colors to choose from and I’d probably buy one of each because I love fleece vests in the winter.

I am a 16/18w and I read reviews that this vest is a little snug, so I bought a 2x. It was pretty big and baggy, but fits well over a sweatshirt so I decided to keep it. Then I bought a 1x that fit perfectly! This is the first women’s vest I’ve ever owned because before no vest tailored for women really fit me well. I love this vest! Getting more colors!
