I will recommend anyone to buy this mattress. It isn’t worth the money. Mayfair has sent me two of these air beds. The first air bed had a lump that came in it and the Second one didn’t hold air and a lump cane in it also. Now They sent a third one and it’s not holding air, I had it for two days. They are Good about replacing the mattress due to the warranty. It’s a headache when having company and the air bed is damaged and lumps and not holding air!! I am a unsatisfied customer right now!!

California King: Mattress is good, comfortable, easy to use.
The purchase point on this mattress for me is the advertised 5 year warranty (says so on the website)!! We all know that mattresses go bad just after the warranty ends, which is usually a year.

I really like this mattress. It is so comfortable. It doesn’t bubble up in the middle forcing you to the sides, and it doesn’t naturally sink in the middle. Normal, very minimal deflation is noted but, a few seconds of air and it’s good. We’d wake up on an inflated mattress and it would keep air (until it didn’t-why I had to make a claim). Keep reading…

I purchased mine on Dec 29, 2020. I have used it THREE times. I have only ever had it on carpeting or a blanket laid on the floor, no rough housing, just sleeping.
On July 30, 2021 it failed to hold air, losing over half of its volume. No holes/tears. No malfunction of the pump. I called customer service to file a claim on the warranty.
At this time, I was I formed that there is a TWO year warranty on their mattresses but since I fall in those two years, they are opening my claim for a replacement (when it comes in stock) or a refund. I opted for a replacement and they will notify me when it comes in stock (usually up to a week), or I can call and change to a refund if I’d like.
Customer service was great, courteous and very helpful.
I told the service rep of the discrepancy on the warranty period and she stated she’d tell the internal IT team about it and get it changed on the website…it is 2 years.

So i purchased this in April . Its now June 8th and the thing is already deflating . I had to call 3 numbers to find out that the company whos name is allll over it isnt handling my warranty . INow there customer services was not rude or anything. Its just i dont understand having a product sold on Amazon and not even handling your OWN product . It has been very confusing and a hassle to get in contact with right person . It needs to be ALOT more clear on who is responsible for the air mattress warranty . Now i get that im buying THREW amazon but the air mattress is advertise on amazon website with 5 year warranty THREW that company . NOT Mayfair not amazon . The air mattress was fantastic while it was working.I am not mad at anyone i am however very disappointed. I think yall need a Time out Amazon , All this money and you cant even make it easy to help ppl who made you into the Trillionare you are . THESE customer service ppl shouldnt have to take the added stress. Get on top your products and website .

This product is for someone who wants an air bed that can be made up to give an appearance that it is a real bed. But, Once you sleep on it, You absolutely know you are sleeping on an uncomfortable air bed. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig… Sure, it does inflate rather easy and appears to hold air better than other other mattresses, but it should be much cheaper for an air bed

this is a “place holder” to be updated as it appears to be the only way to contact the support folks. I buy a LOT of stuff through Amazon and this is the first item I’ve had trouble with. I rated it a five for easy to inflate (took two minutes to read the instructions AND get the bed inflated), the comfort is a five (firm but folds with the shape of my body), and a one for durability (after five nights sleeping on it the leak started and I can’t find it but a couple times a night it would not, five days later, stay inflated enough that it woke me up and I have to run the inflator.
Hopefully this updates as I don’t see another way to modify the review. contacted within two days from seller and they have offered to replace the unit. Will update again when the unit arrives.

I received the replacement Englander airbed yesterday and so my update to this review. Englander did exactly as promised, yes the bed had a defect and leaked, not every or all items are 100% perfect from manufacturing defects and the warranty this company has on their product is why i bought it. Other than a manufacturing problem which they compensated me for with a new unit free of any charges the bed does everything they advertise. The rest of these reviews about “ugly”, “Don’t like the color”, “My 3 year old used sheets don’t fit this bed”. REALLY? If you slept on it and are within the warranty do as I did and do a review, they will contact you and replace. I am not compensated in any way for this review other than I was sent a new unit. If i could give them 4 1/2 stars I would but Amazon doesn’t use anything other than whole star qualification.
“WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICES – Should you need us for anything Englander airbed offers incredible premium customer service. Your Englander Airbed comes with a 5-Year warranty against defects, the highest in the industry for the best airbed on the market! “

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve attempted to contact the manufacturer and have received no reply. so, I’m hoping a review might get some attention. This air mattress was great, except that it has a 5 year warranty and has popped after normal use for only a few months. It is described as being durable enough to be used regularly as a bed. That is how its been used for only one person and it popped. This isn’t overly concerning, since there is a 5 year warranty. HOWEVER, I have attempted to contact someone about a replacement and never heard back. I will continue to try and update this review if the issue is resolved, but as of right now, that warranty doesn’t seem to be worth very much.

EDIT: We did hear back from the manufacturer. Once that contact was made the process was much quicker. They sent a replacement product immediately and all seems to be good.
