We love this refrigerator. We didn’t have much space between our island and fridge, so we went with a counter depth fridge. The custom panels are really nice, and we get lots of compliments on the fridge. One of our favorite features is the dual ice. You can also convert the bottom right side to a freezer or regular refrigerator cooling.

Excellent improvement over my my old refrigerator. Samsung has a ton of space all well organized. The water pitcher is the best feature ever, no need to have a separate filtration system. The freezer is nicely organized as compared to the a single pull out “bucket”. My only issue is that the doors require a push to fully close, rather then fully closing when you release them.

Really cool fridge that adds tons of character to your kitchen. Storage is very good and I really like the beverage station, however, it’s not always super easy to scoop up ice from the two drawers. Overall, very happy.

The refrigerator was delivered badly damaged after a long delay and several delivery cancelation by best buy. At the end I had to return the refrigerator and purchased another one from Samsung.

Beverage center inside left door in door feature:
pitcher holds about 48oz of filtered water which fills pretty quick coming from our Reverse Osmosis tank.
Water fill up station pressure is moderate, thus pitcher is nice. Water comes through at water temp so not ice cold.

The French doors open past the width of the fridge body so we had to pull it out past our side wooden built in panel and pantry pullouts. There is a misleading picture that shows the fridge flush in one of their promos so not sure how one would get the doors open unless there is some way to adjust the fridge hinges?!?!
It is 73” tall and tight so make sure you plan measurements accordingly. It’s a sleek, functional fridge and is so quiet that the only noise you hear is the ice dropping periodically. The two sizes of ice are nice. The smaller of the two easily fits in the neck of a stainless water bottle.
The LED lights are nice and bright in the top and decent on the bottom sections of the unit.
The fridge came well packaged and the installers took lots of time unpacking each item. The Best Buy installers were very cautious and professional.
The only negative is the doors opening wider than the fridge body so the footprint of the fridge needs a wider opening.

The fridge is amazing. Only thing i wish was different was that the outer upper left door would close automatically. Im having to get in the habit of having to manually close it. I wish i would have contacted best buy after i got it for a dent in the side for a partial refund, but i really dont have any complaints!
