I was skeptical of buying something mechanical specially for the price and not physically see it.
Read Manual before test drive!
1st: A heavy unit as it should be! but easy to move around if you have a strong upper body strength
2nd: material of faux leather is high quality.
3rd: setting is very easy to use
– It has HIM, HER, Senior and Thai. 15 minutes at a time.
-Zero Gravity is an amazing add on.
-pressure is ADJUSTABLE and PIN POINT SPOTS
-pressure pads for shoulders, calves and forearms (scary at the beginning due to squeeze)
-Blue tooth speakers with reasonable quality. (relaxation music)
-heating pad on lower back
*it will definitely saves you lots of money from massage spas and it is very convenient.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This will be one of the best investments you’ll ever make, and you’ll know that within the first 30 seconds of using the chair. Your peace, health, and relaxation are so worth it. It’s pricey, yes, but the old adage is true in this case: You get what you pay for!
PROS:
1. The Mynta customer service experience was truly top notch! They really went above and beyond to meet my needs and show how much they cared.
2. The chair feels SO SO SO AMAZING. I’ve tried three settings so far and I literally almost fell asleep even though it was the middle of the day. Can’t tell you how many “omgs” I’ve whispered while trying this out.
3. It arrived well-packaged and fully assembled which is a MAJOR PLUS. That is one of the main reasons I chose this product.
CONS: NONE. Seriously, I have ZERO complaints which is rare 🙂
MINOR IMPROVEMENTS:
1. I will echo other comments about the intensity of the air bags. The first time they squeezed *really* tight I got a little nervous and had a near-panic moment. If they would squeeze just a little less it would still be effective but also be an improvement to the comfort level.
2. Unpacking was easy until I got to the last step of getting the chair off the base. It’s way too heavy to lift on your own (probably need 2-3 people) and also can’t roll it off the base so it was tricky. Not sure how that can be improved but I’m mentioning because it was a challenge for me as a single individual and took me 15-20 to figure out a safe workaround.
3. More intensity at the neck and upper shoulders would be dreamy, as would as sort of interaction with the quads and hamstrings. Everything in front and back of the thighs is untouched so this would be an area of improvement as well.

Defective chair! This chair would’ve been wonderful if it had control. The massage rollers coming down the middle of your back will raise you up on the seat very painfully. I tried all the settings, even in manual it was too intense at the lowest setting. My wife used in a couple of times by placing a pillow behind her back but it was still painful. Very disappointed!

If I could give 0 star review, I will do it but there is no option for that. I don’t know where the positive feedback come from. Before I bought this message chair, I have did some research and this is my best option but after I received the chair, I want to return right away. I contacted seller and seller want me to ship back the item by myself. Can you imagine how much cost for that big and heavy item? The reason I want to return right away because there is so many error in this chair.
First. The feature said it has Thai stretch on it but after I tried it I didn’t feel any stretching on my back. That the main reason I bought this chair but I didn’t feel at all
Second. The message point on waist you can’t even feel anything too. It’s just feel people rubbing your waist. I tried several ways to make it pressure hard on waist but nothing worked. Put maximum pressure is same result so this is really disappointed
Third. The foot roller is only one position and the airbag for foot is not hard enough to press your foot so basically it’s just nothing
Fourth. The sound of mechanical of the chair is very loud. It’s like sound you’re standing near steam train. It’s very annoying
So this is the most regret purchase I ever bought in Amazon.
You can’t return and have to use it although is uncomfortable. So if you ready to thrown your money around 1600 to garbage, buy this chair otherwise I am strongly not recommended this chair

Customer Service alone would make me buy this again, but the chair is really good and worth the price! Customer Service means a lot to me especially when I am paying for it!
Pros: The chair does a great job massaging from shoulders to waist
The airbags provides a lot of pressure
You will feel a difference when you out the chair
Customer Service goes above and beyond expectations. I needed my chair delivered on the weekend only to assist me with getting the chair upstairs to my apartment. Customer Service contacted the delivery company on my behalf and was informed they do not work on weekends. They also provided me the number to the delivery company to get a specific time they could deliver. Customer service reimbursed me to pay some guys to assist me! How many companies do that for their customers?
Cons:
The remote could be more user friendly
You can’t feel the pressure of the massage under your thigs like your back
The foot massage is stationary instead of moving front to back
Not only this chair but the majority zero gravity massage chairs needs to be wider
I suffer with a collapsed disc and this chair has really made a difference for me!
