1.3.22~ Love ‘Better Natured’ as a whole.
As a Zofos product, good quality without Silicone & PETA Friendly.
However, this leave-in is not one of my solo faves on aging, color treated tresses.
As a cocktail leave-in, like it more. It’s like 2 wrongs make a right. (Don’t tell mom)
Cocktailing, in case you don’t know. is when you mix beauty products.
Like an eye cream with a serum. Or a hair leave-in with a curl booster.
When I mix this with a smoother & blow out, my thinning hair feels thicker.
Curls not so much. Doesn’t really help with humidity & frizz.
As I live in The Eye of The Sauna, aka FL, no frizz control is a deal breaker.
Does it make hair Stronger? Hmm..
While I love the muscles on the vid model, does his hair really need strengthening?
Ooo, not gonna toss him out of the kitchen for eating crackers, that’s for sure.
Well now (fans self after watching vid) as hot as the guy is,
Authentic Beauty Concept makes a way better leave-in that, is all you need.
But if you want to save multiple steps, ‘Better Natured’ wins on MIx & Match.

Better Natured’s leave-in cream is a wonderful product. Sure, it’s expensive, but you don’t use much at a time, so it will last a long time. It has a mild, fresh, clean scent that fades quickly and never bothers my sinuses like many products do, and it works. I have waist-length hair and I like to rub it into the last few inches once or twice a week to keep it looking and feeling good.
My husband likes it even more. He uses about a pea-sized drop for his hair and beard. It makes his hair behave and not fly-away and his beard looks fantastic and feels soft after use.
As someone on a budget who tries to always be thrifty, I’m shocked that I’m saying this, but I love this pricey product enough to buy it over and over again.

I love this leave in conditioner. I have tried a lot of products from this brand, and while I am not crazy about some other items, I LOVE this product.
I have super thin hair. My scalp tends to get oily quick, and I don’t use conditioner because it always weighs my hair down and takes away any semblance of volume I may have.
This leave in product is perfect for my super dry ends. It’s like a runny lotion. I put a bunch on my hands and rub it into my ends on towel dried hair when I get out of the shower, and by the time it dries my hair looks so smooth and shiny.
This hasn’t weighed my hair down. It’s given my ends the moisture they deserve.
The scent is not light, but it’s pleasant. It’s not floral but slightly fruity. You can definitely smell green apple but there’s something else in there to distinguish it from a head and shoulders shampoo.
I love this product. It’s such a huge bottle at 5 oz, and currently costs $22. That’s a good price point for me because I’m using it 2-3x a weeks and only on my ends so it’ll last a long time.

This conditioner works very well and added extra conditioning to may hair after shampooing with the Better Natured Moisturizing Shampoo. The shampoo was VERY moisturizing, but I decided to go ahead and use this product on the bottom 1/2 of my hair. It seemed to work well and this plus the hair oil/pomade gave me a really nice hair day.
The fragrance is nothing special: Fruity, green apple. Kind of wish there was a little more effort in this area by this company. It could’ve been the difference between good products and amazing products. Oh well. If you like green apple, you should like these products. Reminds me of Infusium 21 from the late ’80s/early ’90s.

Don’t those of us with fine bodiless hair envy those who have thick hair that stays the way it is styled? I sure do and I have tried all the products I see that promise hair with body. Most are useless.
I was wary of putting a cream in my hair because I thought it might make my hair look dirty fast. Try it once, I thought, and then give it away. So, I did use it. The white cream is light, but it does have a strong floral smell that reminds me of hyacinth. I like it, but I doubt those sensitive to strong scents will like this product. I put it on towel dried hair and then styled as usual.
Smoother hair is not something I need so I can’t address whether or not my hair was smoother. What it does give is a bit more body. My hair kept it’s style all day with minor droop. I even decided to go another day to see what happens. I have some style today also, but less of it. My hair doesn’t feel dirty or oily. I was very sparing applying it so I plan to use more next time.
Not a miracle product, but it does provide a bit of hope for limp hair. The price is more than I like to waste, but because this product does something I think it is okay.

I like the way that this stuff smells. It smells very nice without being overly perfumed. Plus, once you use it, you do not smell it in your hair anyway. The directions say to apply a VERY little amount to problem areas. I dabbed just a little bit in my palm, rubbed my hands together and then gently worked it into my damp hair overall. I didn’t use much as my hair is in pretty good shape – plus it is fine as well. It seemed to be fine – the cream I mean. I can not say that I noticed any vast difference as I use a good bar shampoo and a good bar conditioner too. It didn’t do anything bad to my hair, though – so that is a good thing. I just assume it is helping.

I love this as a two in one product for a leave in conditioner and blow dry primer. I still use an additional heat protectant but this helps to coat the hair, smooth it out, and add a touch of extra hydration. Whether or not you blow dry is up to you and this cream can be used for air drying as well. I use about a dime sized amount for my shoulder length hair and it makes combing through so much easier. As with all other Better Natured products, the smell is super pretty but not overwhelming. Definitely try this if you want a bit more hydration to your routine.
