I bought this years ago and love it. I had a sick animal and had to wash it a lot. It held up well. The dog also likes to nest on it and scratches it. I’m starting to see tiny wear marks that normal use wouldn’t show. It puckers once it’s washed, which gives it that hand quilt feel. Love it so much, I bought a new one and once the old is too battered to use, I’ll have a replacement. I painted my bedroom colors to match. It isn’t a thick comforter, which I think many people think is a quilt. This is more breathable than a comforter, it’s a quilt.

I’m a senior and I just moved from a house to an apartment, and I’m in a smaller sized bedroom (along with my sewing machines), so I wanted to make the room special and get one that went with my curtains. This quilt does it! I’m so pleased (and so is the cat apparently). Now I just have to make a skirt for the sewing desk and I’m all set. I might have to shorten the quilt a bit (got a queen size so it would cover the sides) but I am thrilled to bits with it. UPDATE: I washed it before using it. I washed it on cool and dried it on medium. I measured it after and it only shrank less than an inch. In fact in looks nicer now and the colours seem a wee bit brighter. Sooo pleased.
Recently there –
I purchased the quilt to go on our spare room bed. It looks perfect with the decor of the room and is a good quality, very pretty quilt. My only negative comment is that I have it on a double/full size bed and it is okay at the sides but might be short on a queen bed. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with it.

This beautiful quilt is exactly as described! It’s a lovely summery finish to the bedroom, light and airy and very well made.
I bought the king-sized quilt for my queen- sized bed which is what I usually do, as I prefer a longer covering…and I believe it fits exactly add it should… perfectly! Not too long by any means!
I also shopped around for this exact same set on several sites and this was the very best pricing of all. I am more than pleased with everything about this purchase.

The set is very pretty and girly, just my style. However, I realized too late that the pillow shams are not Queen sized but more like Standard and they’re closer to square than rectangular shaped. Too bad I didn’t find this out until I actually put it on my bed. I already washed it before first use so I doubt I can return it. I stuffed my Euro pillows in there so I will keep it, but now I have to buy extra Queen pillowcases for my pillows (I have a lot of pillows). Not cool. I was eyeing another Laura Ashley set but I don’t think I’ll get that anymore if it comes with the same odd sized pillow shams.

I am going to use this quilt set as a bedspread.
I just checked and washed before using it. I will use it in summer, because the pillow shams are big than standard, so I’ve to cut them and sew with my sewing machine and than only I can use.

I am really happy with this quilt. The quality is very good and the colors are very pretty. I got the one with the purple flowers. As other reviews have stated the pillow shams are extremely large. I was able to put two pillows into one sham. It is a thick material And for me the shams are too sick to sleep with. I’m just using them for decoration. I think a California king pillow might fit in the shams without leaving as much extra space.
I have a queen size bed but it’s very high off the ground because I have mattress and box springs and a high bedframe. Because my bed is so high I always order either California king or a king comforter. This worked perfect and I have plenty of room for it to go over the sides of the bed without showing the bed rail. If you have a mattress and box springs you should definitely upsize the quilt if you don’t have boxsprings then you should be fine with a queen size.

It so beautiful, the colors are so vibrant. However it is very easy to dirty. Especially if you have a dog that loves to mess around in the sort then jump on your bed. It was kinda simple to clean it took a bit but the stain is now non existent.

Beautiful restful colors throughout pattern. Nice weight for anytime of year. The shell is 100% Cotton But, the fill is 80% Cotton 20% Poly. That is my reason for 4 stars since at the time of purchase the description said it was 100% Cotton.

I have a King size bed and this quit does not cover the sides on the bed the quilt is so small it barley covers the top of the king mattress. Beautiful colors just disappointed the king size quilt doe not fit the kind size bed.

This set was verything I had hoped it would be. I wasn’t really looking for a new bedspread or quilt, but this quilt poped up whle I was looking for a new blanket. Immediately I was drawn to look it, and fell in love. The colors in my bedrom are lavender and gray, so this had the right colors. The price was reasonable so I decided to order it. I am so happy I did. It’s so very soft, fits my full size bed well, and brightens up my room. It is very well made, with good stitching and quality materials. The quilt is a nice thickness, too: a bit thicker than some I’ve see, but not thick like a heavy winter quilt. For me, this along with my cotton blanket is enough for year round comfort. The shams are a nice size, too. I love it!

Love our new quilt with pillow shams. It’s really beautiful. Must advise that the pillow shams are huge. We have a double bed, and had to get King size pillows to use with the pillow shams. They look lovely. Glad that the quilt does shrink some after washing. Didn’t use cold water, warm water instead. Now the quilt fits perfectly and falls half way down the sides of the bed. Wanted it shorter, because I use a white dust ruffle that’s on our four poster bed.
