Loving this new laptop. The interface is easy to use, the battery life is phenomenal, speed is pretty fast. I play Destiny 2 on it, and it is pretty awesome. However, the SSD could be a lot bigger. I do play heavy games on it, which requires a lot of space. The graphics and CPU is pretty good. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you best buy for speeding up my order.

I purchased this on sale and had it shipped to the store. It’s pretty light and compact. I needed a laptop with a 10-key that wouldn’t break the bank. It does come in safe mode and in order to download anything other than Microsoft apps you’ll have to take it out of safe mode. I had a little issue doing so right out of the box, most likely because it was still setting up. I use a docking station and 3 monitors and it keeps up well. Granted I only run a few programs at the same time, but for an everyday average laptop I’m a happy camper.

I purchased a HP laptop from Best Buy. Got it for a great price and so far is working well. Very helpful sales person that took time to explain all features. Battery life seems good so far. I dont like the keyboard as much as my old laptop since it has the numbers key board on the right and I am not used to this but will adjust. I also miss my touch screen but gave this option up to receive a good price. All in all it is a nice laptop for the money. Hopefully it will last longer than my last one did.

I like that it is lightweight and the screen is flat and not shiny. Battery life is good. Learning how to use windows 11 is different. It is like a mac i think. I haven’t used a mac in a long time so i could be wrong. The time was off i had to open window icon then the apps setting and click on the clock to repair it. It worked afterwards if not google it on how to fix clock on windows 11. It is alittle slow in downloading maybe it might be my internet provider. The sound is very clear and loud. Wish there was a usb on the right side of the laptop. There are only 2 usb ports on the left side. Have to get usb extension for additional plug in. I haven’t used the SD card yet. Not sure how much memory it will hold for the SD card. Besides that it is a cool computer but was alittle angry after i bought it the next day they drop the price on it.

Very good working horse when i need to open large pdf file 1000 pages or more . I have added a tracking ball mouse to help flip the pages . Some large pdf file took a couple of seconds to load then it was easy flow after that. Almost instantly view my 5 tb extension harddrive with no problem when i plug it in that was a wow factor for me.

Still trying to get use to Windows 11. Some times when typing my screen moves or enlarges. This is very annoying.

This laptop is pretty speedy for its internal hardware/components. The keyboard is user-friendly, however, it does not have backlighting and is a bit harder to use with the room’s lights off. After about 1 1/2 months of usage, the battery still lasts pretty long and remains charged 5-6 hours. I do long for additional USB ports, but the system makes up for some of the limitations on ports by supplying a cord that is very generous in length.

Lightweight – Great graphics ; true color HD – Nice screen size – FAST processor – Good wifi connection – Ample storage – Good keyboard – Touchpad & wireless mouse (not included) work great – Nice audio quality – Long battery life & pretty quick charge – Two “old type” USB ports (3.0) – Very quiet (fan etc)
There are a few things that bother me. The power button is quite sunk into the laptop body… and there is no light next to it when it is pushed down/powered on. So it is hard to tell if you’ve turned it on or not. Of course you know after a few seconds, but when I first got it I kept pushing and pushing the button, expecting a light (on power button symbol – the circle with a partial line going down it – which is to the right of the button) to come on right away. But once you figure out you don’t need to push the button hard, and that no little light comes on, it’s okay.
