This I got for myself because I sometimes get a stiff neck or soreness from working out. I like that I can just leave this in the freezer and grab it when I need it. The metal ball is so cold and stays cold for quite some time. I found that when it got a bit warm I can roll the ball and it is freezing again. It was also good for a foot injury I had. I was able to just place on the floor and use the ball and roll it around to get it cold again. So much easier and less of a mess than an ice pack. Might be hard to use in certain spots due to it’s shape. Overall, I really like this Muscle massager and would recommend and gift this item.

A great thing to use for “point massage”, as in a trigger point in a small area. I ended up putting a thin layer of heavy paper inside the casing, where the ball rests. This provided a but of a slower and more stable rotation, instead of free-wheeling.
All in all, a very well made and useful tool.
I’d but another one if needed, but this thing is so well made I think it’ll probaly last a lifetime!

This makes life much easier at the end of a long day, when I’m too tired to stretch or my hands are too sore to massage out tense areas. I appreciate this being steel so I can put it in the fridge – I find the freezer too cold – but it’s fine at room temperature as well.
I saw some reviews on here and elsewhere online that it “only” stays cold for 15-20 minutes….that’s a very long time. This advertises 20 minutes on the package & it certainly delivers! I love how long it stays cold because I would’ve expected much less. If you run warm and are concerned, it only takes a few minutes for the ball to get chilly again in the freezer. You shouldn’t expect to find a longer time unless you use an ice cube. Some of y’all are funny

I have to admit, I was skeptical when my doctor recommended a massage ball, but this metal ball, once frozen, gives me a lot of relief for muscle and connective tissue pain. A worthwhile investment!

Use this on sore muscles. It works great. It can be painful to use on tight sore muscles but then feels amazing. One of those hurts so good. If your house is cool then you probably won’t even have to put it in the freezer. Works great. Love this.

My dad gets shooting pains in his legs when he’s traveling for long periods of time. So he usually uses his hands to try and work it out. This has eliminated some of the work and is easy to use in the car

Bought this when I was pregnant and used it for my leg and back cramps! This seriously helped so much!! I never needed to freeze it or anything the ball stayed cold naturally due to it being metal. Must have!!
