The only reason i didn’t give this thing 5 stars is because i haven’t had it very long so i don’t know how it holds up with repeated use yet, only time will tell that but so far it is a life saver ! i Have three boys plus my fiance’ to feed and the ultralean makes those night when i get home from work and am just too tired to cook so very very easy. I cannot even explain how much this helps me. You just set the temp and the time and go. You don’t have t wait for the oven to pre-heat and the food cooks quickly and is always really good ! I am going to start making more variety of food and see how things turn out. UPDATE ***
So…. My air fryer has recently been displaying the error code E1 and I’d not covered in the booklet that came with it? From what I have been looking up, I am probably going to have to replace the whole thing and after not even a year’s use out if yet, I am not happy at all. I loved this thing and all of a sudden it just stops working properly! Not good at all!

My first meal I prepared with this was some pork chops they came out great!!! I love this air fryer absolutely mind blowing and setting up was a beeeze. It’s also easy to operate! This is definitely a great investment

Cooking with an air fryer is still an experiment for us, therefore this appliance has yet to claim a permenant spot on the counter. This means it gets to be taken out, used, cleaned, and stored away quite often. This air fryer feels sturdy but not heavy. Once the frying compartment is clicked into place, the whole unit can be easily lifted with the handle and be moved around. The frying compartment is roomy enought to cook (each time) a thick cut 12 oz steak; a large size blooming onion; 3 skewers each with generous chunks of meat and veggie. One time we used it to degrease some fresh bacon and were pleasantly surprised how well it did the job.
We do use a parchment paper liner everytime we cook to help protect the non-stick surface of the screen. Learning from our mistakes with using other non-stick cookwares over the years, we do not let the scouring side of the sponge touch the non-stick surface when cleaning it. So far the cleaning has been very easy. We are very happy with this purchase.

I didn’t give it a 5 stars because the indicated temperature and time for commercial fries are high. Almost half of the fries were burnt (tested 3 times on 3 different fries styles). I lowered the temperature/time and now the fries are always yummy 😋.

This product is amazing. I’ve made chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and fries in it in the few days I’ve had it, and they all are incredible.
My only complaint is that the non-stick coating on the frying basket has already begun flaking off. Going to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement on that part.
UPDATE: seller was very helpful, promptly provided replacement for the basket, no issues with the new one yet

I love this little unit! I’ve used it daily, sometimes twice, since it arrived. It’s amazing how fast things cook in it. Everything is crispy and delicious and it’s SO much quieter than my acti-fry unit. This is my first air fryer so I wasn’t sure what I would need size wise. For a family of 5 I would either do 2 of these units or search for a larger one. For a couple, or smaller families, it’s pretty perfect and super cute!

I was skeptical of getting an air fryer. I found this model at a pretty decent price and it is a decent size. I have literally been cooking everything in this air fryer and couldn’t be happier. Just wish I would have pulled the trigger earlier. The lcd screen allows you to very easily set the time and temperature. Only bad thing can be cleaning if you make something messy, but I usually just throw it in my dishwasher and it comes out nice. Definitely recommend!

I have had this air fryer for a couple weeks and it is absolutely amazing. I’m obsessed with it! I use it almost everyday and it’s easy to use and make chicken breasts taste so much better. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the Ultrean Air Fryer for less than 2 months and have used it maybe a dozen times. I really like the way it cooks food but I do have a couple of complaints about the grill insert. It’s difficult to clean (food residue from grilled chicken doesn’t come off easily plus there are lots of little nooks for the food to hide) and the paint on the grill is not very durable. You can see from the photo where the paint has come off in multiple places (I used a Scotch-Brite pad to clean it). I think it would have been better to make the grill out of stainless steel.

A great air fryer. In quarantine in my parents basement suite, because of Covid-19. They don’t have an oven, so have been using this everyday.
My mom had the ninja air fryer, so sometimes have both going, and much prefer the Ultrean. More even cooking, less buttons, smaller design and more sleak, but inside tray is a great size.

** Update 1/27/19. Company contacted me and insisted on sending me another unit free of charge to try. New unit works as advertised and heated my leftover french fries to crisp at the 10 minutes. This second one works as it promises. Great customer service!
Original review**Took me well over an hour to cook chicken nuggets to warm, never could get crisp. Not sure if something is wrong with it or what but it takes forever to cook anything. I tried multiple foods and it never got hot enough to cook quickly as people say air dryers are supposed to. Very bulky too. I returned. I’ll stick with my toaster oven.

My son made some French fries the first day we received our air fryer. He threw the fries away (no fault of the fryer) but it is different from an oil deep fryer. Soaking the potatoes after cutting them for an hour or two is helpful. As the potatoes cooked I added a little olive oil cooking spray and salt and they came out great… I enjoyed tasting my food, not the grease.
