Samsung – 82″ Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV

This TV is massive. Well built and good pricing. We replaced a 70” and the difference is very noticeable. Software and interface is not as friendly as other TVs or stream boxes/sticks but no issues.
Sound is average but for this size TV but you should be using a surround system with a receiver or a really good sound bar.
Shipping is the better option since the box is so big that i did not want to risk bringing it home in the bed of my pickup truck (sun, rain, vibration) i don’t think i can even fit the box in my wife’s minivan. Delivery took a little bit more but i was more comfortable that way. On top of that, I bought it a certain price and couples of weeks later i saw that the price had been reduced $200!!! Right in the app, i was able to ask for a price match and get the refund in my account. I’ve been a Best Buy credit card holder form more than 15 years and the financing they offer is outstanding. Just make sure you put your automatic payments and you pay the full balance at least 1 month of the expiration of the promotion. Extremely happy with this purchase

Garbage tv! If you get one that works, it looks great, but it took me 3 deliveries to get a working model. It could be Samsung’s horrible quality control, or it could be this specific model, but the first tv I bought and its replacement both had the exact same issues.
Giant white clouds appeared all over the screen. They were both able during the day, but at night they made watching it nearly impossible. Even Samsung refused to repair it saying it couldn’t be done, and offered me a credit of less than the price of the tv before tax. Since it was brand new, I just kept asking for replacements from Best Buy until I finally got one in working order. But who knows How long this will actually last.
Not worth the aggravation, wasted time, or the price tag. Good luck, Samsung.

Great TV, but the software is laggy and often crashes. Maybe a firmware update is in order?
Replaced our 11 year old 60″ Samsung that is still working and it feels much more responsive (and doesn’t crash or freeze).

First one was broken. I purchased the tv mounted it on the wall and one side of the tv the color was messed up super faded big lines through the tv. At the time I was super mad because when you spend a lot of money you don’t want to be the one who gets the bad one. However the next morning packed it up and took it back they swapped it out for another one no question asked and I am happy with the end result. The tv is great and Best Buy handled the problem with the first one great as well. I am not going to knock stars off of the product because the first one was bad. Things can happen in shipping like you wouldn’t believe and it was the first time I have gotten something from Best Buy that was messed up out of the package. Good sound for the speakers that are on the tv as well. Great price for such a big tv. Really happy with the upgrade from a old 55 inch tv. I attached pics showing the first one how it was messed up on right side of screen and then of the second one showing it not. For example the red logo for YouTube on the first tv was red on the left side then on the right was like a super light pink almost white color.the last two are taken with new tv with the good picture quality.
