Received this garment luggage bag and loved the look, durability, compartments, ease of movement. Traveled with it and after a few times using it, the zipper started to jam, get stuck! Very frustrating and annoying to deal with when traveling with a brand new piece of good and reputable piece of luggage. Very surprised and very disappointed. ESPECIALLY to learn, the window is closed to return it within less than 30 days of purchase!

Love this bag but the zipper is defective and neither can move around the bag. I have to keep it at this spot. I am guessing this won’t last long.

So happy with this travel bag, buying a second one for my husband. Okay, the first one was really his but I have laid claim after using it. Besides a great color, this item was so light weight that even with my packed items I could easily lift it into the overhead compartment on a plane with no help (shoulder injury, long story). I really like the interior easy access extra pocket to put a book or small laptop. We also purchased the matching 25 inch luggage but haven’t needed it yet since the smaller version works well for a weekend trip. I look forward to using this even more now that we can travel again.

When I opened the package containing this bag, I was sickened by the smell of strong, putrid chemicals. I tried to air out the bag for 24 hours, but there was no improvement. I’m returning it. I suggest you avoid it!

Bag looks good but inside material is very cheap it got tiered drom first use.

Someone ask for the dimensions. The bag that I have is 12” wide by 14” long by 12” high. I just used a ruler to measure it. The picture of the bag that your are seeing has been on 2 planes trips, 2 cruises, and few weekend trips. So far so good! I plan to use this bag for a while.

I love the usability of this suiter, it is easy to pack, easy to maneuver and holds more than I expected. This is all overridden by the poor quality materials. The zippers are already catching after 2 trips. The ballistic fabric is already fraying and looking worn. I’m sure I will have to replace it within a year.
