Bella Pro Series – 6-qt. Analog Air Fryer – Black Matte

I was so excited to receive our air fryer. Our son has one and uses it all the time. So I tried it out for the first time and cooked chicken nuggets and tater tots. It just takes a little to get use to and adjust cooking time some. But the food must have been good my son ate it all. It’s going to be great for the warm weather time. Not having to heat the house up using the oven.

I liked this air fryer because it’s for my grandma and i didn’t want one with a bunch of different settings and buttons on it. She figured it out the first day snd has cooked plenty of meals in it since. Good product

I haven’t purchased a hot Air Fryer in a couple of years. This newer style works better. Heats up faster and swirls the hot air better. I like having only one basket with the removable bottom grate. For lighter weight items you can leave the grate at a higher position keeping the food closer to the heating element for better browning. Eggos are finally turning out better leaving the grate about 2 inches from the top. I am not sure if I like the temperature control sticking out the top but it works ok. I like the manual settings better than all the digital preset stuff. I find these HAFs hit and miss results anyway. I have a digital model that I use on manual all the time and use the “take a peek” every now and then method. I overall like this model better than my older ones. I don’t know what makes it “Pro”. There seems to be nothing special about it. It is now my favorite of all the ones I own.

I received this fryer about a month or so ago but didn’t know what to make with it because . . . I had NEVER used an air fryer before. Also, this particular model DOES NOT COME WITH RECIPES! Nothing, zilch, nada! You pretty much have to look for your recipes online because the Instant Vortex will not provide you with any. They will give you a very broad time and heat guide but that’s it.
In fact, my main complaint with this air fryer is mainly on the bare-bones instructions. For that reason, a lot of what you do with this air fryer is going to have to be through trial and error. There are more instructions to prevent you from lighting your house on fire than there are in the operation of the machine.
So, as someone who has never used an air fryer before, especially a “Bella Pro Series – 6 qt. Analog Air Fryer”

I have 4 teenagers at home so having the ability to air fry vs take out with the same results is amazing. “Small” Frozen pizza done in 10min; fries, tater tots & potato wedges are fantastic will never use the oven method again. Chicken burgers/strips are deep-fried restaurant quality. Did not like it for toast. Baked 12 muffins turned out well but ended up lop-sided on top so I am assuming it’s the dual element on top for heat placement. Fits 9×13″ cake pans & 12 cup muffin tinsel easily.
