Starting out the first batch wasn’t too good. I followed the directions starting out. Need to do trial and error to get best results. I found for best taste; measure 4 to 1. 4 measures of ground to 2 parts of water. Also I found no need to spend big bucks on coffee. “Cheaper” works great. (Café La Rica) Gourmet Espresso, really good. LAVAZZA is good, Starbucks Espresso good but cheap Espresso Ground coffee works.

Filter basket doesn’t quite lock fully into place, and my box arrived opened and damaged. But all the pieces were there and everything seemed to work fine.

Good. but if you want to serve more than 2 cups, you need to wait at least 30 minutes for other 2 cups due to overheat and internal pressure, set aside to cool.

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend and so far it’s been good machine. She uses it almost every morning and it’s holding up well, easy to setup and use. only issue I had was the box arrived in pretty rough shape but everything inside was intact so no real problem there.

I agree with everyone that this is a great coffee / espresso machine specially based on its price and the quality you are able to get.
In my opinion the machine could be just a little better for the price. The top of the glass where the coffee / espresso is dispense is plastic and within just a month of use the plastic started to melt with the heat and while I can still put it on, I am assuming that with just a few more months it will be so burnt that it will no longer close or be used for its intended purpose. I have tried to use the machine without the lid and what ends up happening is that as the last bits of the espresso are being release theres a lot of splash going on so everything around my machine ends up having drops of coffee and the counters, etc. This is my biggest pet peeve with this machine.
Other than that, you want to double check always the machine being off, I’ve forgot about it now at least twice. There is no noise or notification that its on so you want to double check. Also, if you take the bottom piece out to clean it the pieces are a bit flimsy and break easily.

I Love this espresso coffee machine. The price is great compared to the more expensive ones and it does the same as the expensive ones!

This is my first espresso maker. A co-worker at work before this pandemic used to make us cuban coffee (cafe) shots daily.
I became used to having it daily. Well then the pandemic happened and I was yearning for my cafe in the afternoon. I purchased this as I read good reviews and figured I’d give it a shot. I make Cafe Bustelo shots in this and its amazing.
This product brews very fast. It also has a frother (I’ve never used that part aside for when I tested it).
I’d highly recommend this product for anyone in the market for a good espresso machine. It’s worth every penny imho.
