Great picture as expected from SONY. Originally wanted the last year’s model (2020), but was out of stock and this one was a $500 upgrade. Settled on a LG Nanocell. Bad decision, not happy with upscale from HD. When price dropped on SONY by $350, sent LG back for this SONY. VERY HAPPY with SONY!!! Great picture even from broadcast TV. Using internal speakers, there is a dialog enhancement mode that makes even the mumblers understandable.

Best Buy was very helpful is switching my original order of a 65 inch Sony to this current 2021 model after I decided to buy a new tv for upstairs and put the older 70 inch tv (2014) downstairs. I had them carry in the tv to the upstairs living room and remove the old tv from downstairs. Great friendly service. I mounted the tv on the wall with the four adapters that were provided and that will worked with my current wall mount system. I used the two year interest free financing to spread out the cost.

I’ve had this TV for a few weeks now and I’m not disappointed. I wish more channels and shows were in 4K but the picture is quality and they’re no problems to date.

The buying experience from Best buy was first class from the very beginning. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, the TV was delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered, and with courtesy. The TV was super easy to set up and program, it pretty much does itself if you have a Google account. Now on to the TV… the picture is phenomenal, the sound is even better than phenomenal, the remote is super user friendly, and the choices for the Google/Android applications is unbelievable. I could not be happier with my first Sony purchase. I have had at least a dozen different Samsung TVs and still own four others, but I will be a Sony customer in the future.

Love the TV , tried a Samsung TV as a recommendation , will never make that mistake within 1 1/2 years pink spots started appearing, this will be the 2nd Sony Bravia I have purchased and my cure to Bravia is going on 8 years and running strong, the pixels in this tv are amazing and I am glad I went back to a Sony

Best TV I’ve seen, for an incredible price (considering it’s features, It’s a steal) can be adjusted to give you absolute black even on a dark room (that been my main concern on a full array back lighting without local dimming), 4K and HDR are amazing, also surprisingly It looks perfect on my older Windows desktop that supports 4K but only at 30 Hz. the fonts look perfect despite that, and with the MacBook Air with the M1 It’s really awesome (you do get 4K at 60Hz).
There are so many adjustments on this thing that it would take pages to list them all, the important thing is that you can adjust video and audio in any way imaginable. To conclude I must say that I love this TV.
