Traveling is generally a stressful process, and you need all the help and friends you can get. This laptop backpack has become a trusted companion on all my travels. The balance between the compact nature of the bad and the capacity is great. Tragus has gone above and beyond with the thoughtfulness on what the modern traveler needs. The external battery pass through a an clever storage areas all come in handy.
At the end of the day this bag has made traveling and the mobile office easy and convenient. It’s the best travel laptop bag I’ve ever owned and I love it to pieces.

The best thing about this bag is the construction and quality. It has TONS of features! In my opinion, here are the best ones.
    1) The dome protection is legit. I’ve dropped the back multiples times and, like a cat, it always lands on it’s feet.
    2) The top pocket is freaking awesome to hold my shades. Love this one and will never buy a bag again w/o the pocket, now that I’ve experienced the utility.
    3) Now that I have an external USB power pass-thru port for on-the-go charging – I can’t go back to living without it. I travel, a lot, so it’s key, especially at the horrible O’hare airport. I swear, I get delayed their everytime, and they don’t have outlets for charging.
    4) I save the best for last. The air mesh back panel with hidden lumbar pocket is addictive. Gone are the days of using pockets. The mesh gives me easy access to, well, everything. Cords, adapters, you name it…everything fits in the mesh.
Thank you Targus! I’d kiss you if you were a person, that was female…and pretty. 🙂 – I highly recommend…A+++++++++++++++++++++++++

I was so use to using my old backpack as a small suitcase that I didn’t even realize how big, clunky, and heavy it was. I couldn’t even slide it under the seat in front of me when flying. The CityLite Pro carries everything I need at about 1/2 the size and weight and easily fits under the seat while still giving me some legroom. Couldn’t be happier and all the little zippered side pockets keeps things organized.
This one is going to be around for a while.

This backpack is just plain cool. I had to have it for its convertible nature and its many organizational pockets.
I use this backpack whenever I travel for business because it not only fits my laptop, iPad, accessories and assorted items I normally carry in a separate purse, but also because it’s size allows it to be used as a personal item on an airplane and fits under the airplane seat in front of me.
I love that I can unclip and tuck away the backpack straps so I can carry it like a briefcase or attach it to my luggage with its velcro trolley strap.
I remove the interior shell of the glasses compartment on top to fit my Beats Studio headphones in their clamshell case – it’s a really tight fit, but it works!
My one complaint about this bag is that it’s a little heavy before you fill it, but it doesn’t bother me too much since I often use the trolley strap to hook it on my luggage while navigating airports. Otherwise, I love it and plan to use it for many trips to come.

The zipper on the main compartment is only on two sides – sort of L-shaped. It’s not like a typical backpack where the zipper is more of a U-shape.
I carry a few full-sized notebooks and folders with me – with the size of the bag, I thought it would be perfect. The main large compartment has a pocket area for notebooks/folders. My folders have loose paper, so they must be tucked securely into that pocket area. But getting folders and papers into those pockets with the limited zip opening is not easily done; you can’t just slide them in, but must work around the fact that the zipper opening is far too small. I guess the pictures that show it being used for shoes and clothes is what it was intended for, not for books, folders, and papers.
The shaped pocket at the top doesn’t help – that needs to be empty to make the main compartment more accessible – if that is in filled and zipped shut, there is even more obstruction to the limited access in that main part of the bag.
There are not enough small pockets in the front area – you can store a few business cards and a couple of pens, but no place for extras, such as postil-notes, small pack of Kleenex, or other small items one may want to carry. The accessories holder is pretty cool.
The one side pocket is barely big enough for a small umbrella. No small water bottles there.
I bought this bag for the size and it’s overall good looks, but it disappoints in usability.

This backpack is fairly large for the intended use and a bit heavy as well. The smaller version was too small for my use, and this version is just a bit odd. I’m accustomed to full zip openings for the primary compartments, if you don’t have a lot of stuff then 2/3 zip is fine, but it’s cumbersome to get into this compartment for items that are have and sink to the bottom.
Overall the backpack is very well insulated and the full back compartment accommodates tablets / laptops with ease. The added quick access pocket on the top is nice as well. I don’t use the power pass-thru option but find that it is thoughtfully placed.

Fits everything you could possibly need while commuting. Also great for a carry on bag. My husband loved it

I love this backpack. The only thing I don’t find wonderful is that you can’t fully unzip the two largest compartments, WHY!!

I was under the impression that the main area zipper was a U shape that opened completely. Unfortunately the zipper only goes up one side and across the top, making it very difficult to pack. Wish I could return for a different bag, but I called and was told it is no refundable.

I like the look a lot, unfortunately it’s a very hard backpack and makes it hard to get things in and out.
