What I liked about the product is that it works just as advertised. I chose this because it provides bigger printouts than the other competitors/products. However this product is expensive. The printer is a good size and not too small or too big. It can fit inside a regular purse, backpack, laptop bag. It’s nice and convenient and portable.
The downside to this product is that the app used to print photos is very gimmicky. It’s not user friendly and hard to understand right away. I suggest fiddling around with it before doing any actual printing so you don’t waste your photos. They are expensive as well.

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend however we could never get it to actually work. I am rather tech savvy and even have IT repair certifications so I doubt it was user error however the app is so awful I could not even get it to print anything and tried for multiple hours. The app also requires an account and allows you to upload photos to the public. I really don’t like that and feel like it’s an invasion of privacy and I should not need an account to use a printer. Do not get this there are plenty of other better options.

I love this product as I get to print the pictures from home but the 2 by 3 is better than the 3 by 4.5. The 3 by 4.5 all my pictures came out dark and it was weird.

The prints from this 3×4.5 printer are NOT as good as those from 2×3 Canon Ivy printer. During installation of the app, two questions pop up and do NOT go away without answering. The five icons/symbols in the bottom of the app are NOT EXACTLY the same as those in User Manual. Some prints came out with Hyperphoto Viewer icon/symbol in lower/left corner and the caption does NOT appear in print. It does NOT print the similar photos. Also after printing, the photo can NOT be printed again. Many wired functions in this printer. Photo papers are expensive about $1.25 a piece.

Such poor quality, nice unit, but the photos are sad. Poor color, not crisp and bright. They look little the the images on my I-phone. Plus, the unit (somewhat easy to set up) won’t print of the battery level is lower than 20% and when printing several photos, the battery (even when plugged in) drains quickly to below that level and you have to wait for a recharge. Super annoying! Finally, amazon doesn’t even restock the larger size 3.5 x 5 inch printer paper, so what a hassle trying to find it. They mistakenly bundled the 2 x 3 refil size when I ordered my printer so I thought sure, often bought together…but then realized they sold me a Sri k size that deesnt work. Super sketchy!

The printer accomplishes the basic job of printing photos directly from your phone. However, the quality is variable. Photos I take on my phone are generally “meh,” even ones with good light. The colors are just not as intense and true as they appear electronically. I have printed a few things taken a long time ago and uploaded on a photo site that seem to print more consistently high quality. Oddly, a photo of a very old photo printed pretty nicely as well. I am probably not going to be using this to print photos for framing because of this variability. Instead I am using them in art journaling; to my mind the image by itself doesn’t matter as much as the entire story told on the page.
My bigger issues are : (1) the battery runs out super fast. Even a handful of prints sucks all the life out of the printer; and (2) the software is clunky. Case in point: it was always printing two photos even when I sent the print copies to 1. To fix this, I had to delete the app, restart my iPhone, download the app again, login again and re-pair the device to my phone. This really just should not happen. I was told by their Helpdesk that they roll out updates all the time. Why not fix this very basic issue then?

Easy to print photos from our phones.
Smallish, but ok quality. Convenient.

I bought this as a gift for my partner for his upcoming themed birthday party. It was a success, he and everyone loved taking pictures and then having pictures come out. We installed the app on both of our phones and logged in with the same account so that either one can take pictures. It’s like your little photo booth. Few things that were not perfect, but did not affect our overall opinion. 1) pictures tent to come out kind of dark, so before printing in the app, you should increase exposure. 2) Keep it plugged in because if it gets below 15% charge, it will wait to recharge a bit before printing again.

I have the smaller version of this and I absolutely love it. So I decided to try the bigger version. I’ve had just as much fun using the bigger one.
I live in Oregon and so I’m always hiking where nature photo opportunities are all around you. As a nature photographer, I appreciate the detail that comes out in the photos. There are all kinds of effects and ways to edit the aspects of the photos as well.
If you are someone who is always taking photos and wants an easy way to print them out without having to go through some retailer and depend on someone else to make sure the quality is right, you need one of these. Seriously awesome and budget friendly!

This is a terrible product!
The photos dont come out like a normal polaroid or normal printed photo. They come out looking old and faded. The colours arent neat and they just look dismal. Im really disappointed in this as I bought it to scrapbook with but will just be throwing it in the bin. Would give zero stars if I could.
