Not what I expected. App does not track well, brush head is not soft and is a bit small. I would not buy this tooth brush again. Amazon prime price was still too much for the overall value. Too many better brushes for the money.

This is my new daily toothbrush, although it is light enough and thin enough to use for travel. It is battery powered, so there is no need to bring a charger. All in all, a great toothbrush and a very good price. There is a 30 second timer for people who want to spend a prescribed 30 seconds on each section of their mouth (for a total of two minutes total brushing time).
This toothbrush also connects via Bluetooth to an app which purports to show you how well you’ve been brushing your teeth. It does not work very well unless you brush your teeth in the prescribed fashion (30 seconds for each quarter of your mouth, divided into front, top and back, without moving on until you have completed the quarter).
It also keeps track of how often you brush, awarding points which can be used for discounts on replacement brush heads. Since I’ve only had it for several weeks, I haven’t gotten to that point yet.

So my toothbrush killed its battery within 2 weeks. So I got new batteries and 4 times I was awakened in the middle of the night with the toothbrush walking on my sink as it had spontaneously turned on in the middle of the night. I ended up having to remove the batteries.

amazon prime and colgate should stop misleading and selling to countries where it doesnt work. They actually had this as a special offer on the Australian store. Do not waste your time. Now I’ve got the hassle of packing it back up and going to the post office.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made as a parent, I think. My son now LOVES brushing his teeth and watching on the phone as he brushes, he loves earning points that can go toward getting a new color (as if they are collectable LOL) and being able to track all his brushing and how well he is doing on his own really helps me know how to continue instructing him on dental care like how we get to the very back of our teeth etc.

Bought these for my kids solely for the app to ensure they were brushing all their teeth. App is not available in Canada. Not sure why it’s available to buy in Canada if app isn’t available ……it’s basically just a basic tooth brush without the app.

This was a bit of a disappointment – felt like the toothbrush head was really abrasive particularly around my gumline….but abrasive without cleaning. I actually took one of those tablets that turns your plague red and brushed with this to see how well it performed, and it did an awful job of cleaning — so much red left over. I do like that it tracks where you’ve brushed, and where you’ve missed and shows you. The two weeks I used it, I learned a lot about my patterns and then went back to my old toothbrush (which doing the red tablet test cleaned so much better!) with hopefully a better brushing pattern!

Even thought I bought this on Australian Amazon, there appears to be no app available in the Australian App Store for this toothbrush. So it looks like I paid a heap of money for a basic toothbrush. Check App Store before you purchase.

I bought this for my adolescent son who has some fine motor difficulties. It took him a long time to learn to use buttons and tie his shoes, and handwriting doesn’t come easily. Due to this problem, he wasn’t doing a good job of brushing his teeth, no matter how much instruction he was given. This toothbrush with the accompanying app have allowed him to learn how to brush his teeth well. It gives very detailed instructions on exactly how to brush, down to things like “Tilt your brush 45 degrees” and shows progress visually. He said that “his teeth had never felt this clean before.” The gamification of brushing is a game changer for anyone who struggles with brushing thoroughly or those who enjoy tracking their progress. It comes with two AAA batteries, but we will use rechargeable ones after the original set dies.
I am so glad this product exists, especially at this price-point. The only drawback is the amount of packaging. The toothbrush ships inside of the oval tube and well-protected. I don’t know why multiple boxes are needed (see photo).

I love this toothbrush. My dentist office has been closed during the pandemic but this leaves my teeth squeaky clean! I used to use a sonicare so when i saw the price I wasnt sure that this would work but i am so impressed. It’s way more affordable than other brands but works just as well

The toothbrush is good, I wish the head was bigger it’s the same size as a child’s toothbrush. The toothbrush wouldn’t connect to the app; which is the only reason I bought it.

I love the app, missing areas of my mouth is something I worry about. The size of the toothbrush head is great too, I like the smaller ones. My one issue is that the bristles are not soft enough and there’s not a softer option to purchase either.
