I like the fact they all have different designs because then people know which glass was theirs. They felt durable and not flimsy. I am actually most impressed with the effort they took to bubble wrap the crap out of it to make sure the glasses were protected. And let me tell you the most certainly were.

They match all my other Mikasa Cheers which is good. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the glass is thick – not slightly finer like my other wine glasses by Mikasa – so they feel a bit “cheap”. But now I have the complete set so all good. Plus they are less expensive on Amazon then at The Bay!

This glasses are so pretty! They are bigger than I thought they’d be. I drink red wine out of them, even though they are technically white wine glasses. They are thin, but seem well made. Had them for a couple months now, I only hand wash them, so I don’t know how they would do in the dishwasher or if they are even dishwasher safe. My favorite glasses, all 4 of mine had different styles.

This was a gift and they loved it. The only thing they didn’t like as that it was left on the doorstep as they were not at home.

It looks fantastic on the table, the sound of the glass when it touches another glass so pleasant (musicians ears will have joy) that no words could describe. I bought two sets one for me one for my daughter and after Christmas dinner with glasses on the table when she opened her present ( she got the same set as mine) it was really emotion moment with joy and appreciation. So, I would say it works perfectly for the new generation.
My respect for the company. I thank you very much for the effort you did to solve the problem.
For the future customers I would recommend to send one picture of the broken item if you try to solve the problem through Amazon. I was trying to send 3 pics and letter didn’t go. I also was trying to answer the letter with one pic only but all letters came back to me. Don’t make my mistake and keep the invoice with instructions how to solve the problem and follow it.

The “Mikasa Cheers Balloon Goblet Wine Glass, 24.5-Ounce, Set of 4” are HUGE glasses, and I can see why some reviewers say they break easily. These are not going to work in the dishwasher, and are a bit unsteady if you fill them all the way. Having said that, they are the same as any of the Mikasa Cheers glasses for quality, and are quite beautiful to look at…they are a thing of wonder…but seriously HUGE.

I have them already. I bought them for me and also for a friend, in store, 2 years ago.
Dishwasher safe, none yet broken nor chipped, 8 different glasses, so pretty, even happy! and useful.
Hold well in adult hands. I use them for any drink, and also for wine.
So happy to get rid of stem wine glasses!
And I ordered another kit here on Amazon for another friend, as they are no more available at my local store.
I was worried to receive twice the same 4 models, but really received 8 different ones. 2 of them have so slight differences that it is not as obvious than on my kit, but it is OK.
Packaging fine, all ok upon arrival. So happy once more to give them as a present!

These glasses are beautiful but with gentle use developed cracks seemingly on their own. I hand washed and treated with utmost care yet cracks showed up for no reason. Won’t buy these again.

The glasses are a good size and the etchings really give them a pop. The vendor is an absolute jewel. I was notified several times by email to let me know the status of the order. Upon arrival, one glass had a broken stem. I requested a replacement for the one broken glass. I was contacted very quickly by the vendor & the situation has been settled almost before I could blink my eye. The glasses are good quality, unique and fun. I would give the vendor 5 + stars.

These were a gift for my daughter, who has young children. I thought she would like the stability of them compared to stemmed glasses. The different etched design on each glass makes it easy to see whose glass is whose without having to use any kind of wine glass charms.
They are very nice looking and seem to be durable enough, though time will tell. I would definitely buy these again. Daughter loves them.

Don’t buy these glasses! They’re very fragile! One bump from a coffee mug in the sink breaks them. I’ve broken 2 glasses already, and I only had them for 2 weeks.
Through my 34 years of drinking wine, Mikasa has always been my go-to brand for all types of glasses. I still have Mikasa glasses that I bought in the late 80’s. It’s a disgrace that Mikasa put their name on these glasses.

These glasses are beautiful, they feel so nice in your hand. That being said they are more fragile than eggshells, they need to be hand washed as they break in the dishwasher, they break if you drop an icecube into them. I am very dissatisfied, these should be a quality control mishap and not be sold.
