It’s kind of cold, numbs the bum well. Washes what its supposed to and you can yell “FIRE IN THE HOLE” every time you poop hahhaaa
Nice to freshen up the glory hole too

Useless in Australia. Non standard fittings for Australia and retrofit fittings for the T-Connectors not available in Australia. Junk.

FIRST: If you have a hard-lined water-feed to the toilet, you will need to take a run to the hardware store to get a short flexible line (about $3.00 US) or you won’t be able to install it.
That aside, the COVID-19 lockdown just started. I ordered these just as the toilet paper craze kicked off to avoid having to come to fisticuffs over something so ridiculous. I had been meaning to get a few anyway rather than buying a ton of toilet paper and wet wipes from the bulk buy store that we typically do.
I selected this model due to its look and simplicity as well as the connections being made of metal. It’s installation is pretty straight forward and I didn’t need to use the seat spacers.
I’ve used it twice so far but before this I’ve never used one before. I have had to adjust where I normally sit on the seat. I used to sit a bit forward and not really make contact with the back of the seat, but you will have to with this (and I assume with any other similar product) or you won’t get the stream where you need it and get a little splashing out of the toilet. So just make sure you’re sealing up the seat opening before use. The water was a bit cold (not that this product has anything to do with that) but we are barely out of winter in the Midwest so I’m sure that may have a little to do it. However, the temperature is bearable. The pressure is fine at the first click, you’ll get a steady stream where you need it. Going up from their you will start constricting your “exit” a bit.
The product leaves me fairly clean. I still have to wipe once or twice to make sure it’s all off, but I’m more confident in my cleanliness than I was before. Maybe with a little more practice I won’t need to use the paper for anything other than to dry!
My only complaint so far is that it’s too white, not porcelain white so it stands out a bit and it may be susceptible to accidental damage if someone were to put weight on the handle by accident. These things make me a little nervous adding risk of a leak to my home.
Overall happy with it. Trying to get my family onboard and updating their hygiene. It’s on every toilet so there is no excuse.

Love this item. The only problem I had were the three things provided to hold the toilet seat up from the toilet, so you don’t put pressure on the device. They are suppose to stick to the underside of the toilet. But, they fell of the first day and into the toilet. The sticky surface on them is terrible. However, except for that I am really happy with the unit and it was easy to install.

This product is junk. The flexible hose connection is a bespoke non standard thread size. Thread OD does not match any bsp or npt sizes. The provided t connection is not in bsp pipe standard despite being sold on amazon Australia. Long story short, there is no way to connect this bidet to a toilet in this country. The stated sizes on the box do not match the stated sizes in the manual for goodness sake. Stop selling this on amazon Australia.

To begin, the unit seems to be pretty good quality – the T is metal, and the hose is braided. The mounting system works well, and the thing that I really like is that it is thin where it mounts onto the back of the bowl, so it does not raise up the seat but a hair (0.2″). It is not noticeable at all.
The big drawback of this particular unit is that it does not have a separate pressure control. Many of the others do have this feature. If you have good water pressure (mine is about 60 lbs), you may find it sprays pretty hard with barely any turn of the control knob. I’m going to add an in-line valve to lower the pressure. The other things that a lot of the competition have is an adjustable angle on the sprayer and a cleaning mode, both of which this bidet lacks.
Overall, this is a decent basic unit, but if I had it to do again, I would look for a unit that has all these features:
1) Slim design so that the seat is not raised much
2) Separate control for water pressure
3) Adjustable spray angle
4) Self-cleaning ability

I installed the bidet attachment according to the instructions yesterday and had no apparent leaks. Then today, I noticed a leak at the T fitting into the bottom of the tank. I shut off the water valve and tried tightening the bolt where it connects at the bottom of the tank then turned the water back on, only to continue having the problem with the leak. Has anyone figured experienced a similar problem? Yes, I did install the rubber washer with the narrow side pointed upwards towards the bottom of the tank, just like the instructions said.
Update: After doing some research, I learned that you don’t need to use teflon tape if to have a fitting that has a gasket (rubber washer) . Therefore, the pipe at the bottom of the tank does not need to be wrapped with teflon tape. I had originally wrapped the pipe threads, which caused the gasket in the t adapter not to be able to seal properly. After I removed the teflon tape from the pipe and reconnected everything, the leak issue was fixed. No more leak.

I purchased this after coming back from overseas where everyone uses bidets. I got so used to it I knew I definitely wanted one. However, no long after I installed did I started noticing the panic buy of TP and hence this purchase went from a good buy to a great buy. I love this thing so much already, can’t imagine going back to just TP.
Installation level: Easy, took me 20 minutes and all the tools I needed were a Philips screwdriver and a crescent wrench
Pros:
– Extremely easy to installed. Took me 20 minutes and only needed 2 tools
– VERY good water pressure. There are 4 levels, the most I can personally stand is level 3, but comfortable for me is around 2.5
– incremental pressure knob. I’m glad that this is a know, I’m able to to set it to a level and leave it there for a minute without having to hold it in place.
– High toilet seat stands. In my research, a lot of other ones came with stands that are too short, I purchased some just in case but it turns out that wasn’t needed.
Cons:
– Pictures instead of word. I’d rather have words saying one side is the bidet and the other is feminine wash. The first time I used it, took me a while to figure out which way I wanted to turn the dial.
– Pressure adjustable valve. I think something like that would definite help customize the water pressure more in case someone has really high water pressure in their home.
Overall: Easy installation, very few tools needed. Works great and you will forget all about TP after using something like this!

I have installed two different brands before. Including this one, none has good water pressure adjustment. It suddenly increases to full power. I don’t think there is any in the market that can handle that.
Apart from that, I had a leak coming from the top of the T valve after installation. I notice that the rubber washer had gone inside the black threaded pipe that goes into the closet. I tried putting the rubber washer upside down (narrow part looks down) which solved the issue.
