I’m writing this review to share additional benefits to potential buyers. I looked for reviews from people with my exact circumstances but did not find them. I tried this because I am without insurance at the moment. I have been suffering terribly from pressure and discomfort from pelvic organ prolapse. But I won’t have insurance for a few more weeks. I have been almost incapacitated from the urge to constantly urinate. I am certain I also have a rectocele because I can only have a complete bowel movement by splinting vaginally with my finger. It’s absolutely terrible when my GI system is not in perfect balance. I’m not incontinent but I feel overwhelmed at the thought of not being able to be near a bathroom or have frequent access to one. Today I was miserable and decided to use the number 1 for the first time. Instant relief from the awful pressure. I can have a bowel movement normally. No stool trapping in the pocket of my rectocele. I instantly stopped having to frequent the bathroom to relieve the pressure in my rectum that can some days be almost constant. And the constant trips to the bathroom to urinate are under control. I actually feel like I can have a decent quality of life until I can see a doctor for treatment and perhaps surgery. I’m feeling hopeful that I might have my life back ahead of schedule. It feels just like the tampons I used long ago before my hysterectomy. I’m able to forget that it’s there and if I do notice it the feeling is still a huge improvement over what I would be experiencing without it. I think it will only be a temporary solution and maybe not needed every day. But if I was older, not sexually active and had no desire for surgery it would be a decent option.

By what the title says I have incontinence now for 12 years & counting, I have had pills, through West Suffolk hospital {Bury St Edmunds} these failed, tried 300mls of injected botox {same stuff they put in your face} this failed, then had major bladder surgery had a clam operation under Addenbrookes in Cambridge, UK this failed and then had another 300 mls of injected botox which was 20 injections, this failed. I would and will try anything once. The sensation of passing urine well, I do not get this anymore until it’s too late either a very wet pad or it’s dripping down my leg. My incontience is all related to a spinal condition which I was born with which is called Spina Bifida Occulta. I already use catheters to use up the urthea to pass urine. Next operation is an urine bag attached to my body, it was only 2 yrs ogo when I went under the knife and drs are saying go under the knife again. Well it took a year for my body to heal and another year to me getting to me again, as I am disabled already. So through my catheter supplire I did my homework behind dr’s back & tried a treatment. I wanted to see if these work. Well what have I got to loose? or gain? Drs at Addenbrookes attutude now is “don’t want to give you any other treatments just in case it’s another fail?” well what attuitude is that? My attuitude is DONT TRY DON’T KNOW, there is a simular product to this that I am chashing up but this other product is brand new on the market and only on prescription, so whilst waiting for my hospital appointment @ the end of July I thought I will try a simular product that I can buy on the market…and this product is simular so I thought what have I got to loose & ONE step ahead of the urolgy clinic. I do have stress and uriny incontience and thought this product could work and I always wet myself in the mornings and this was a “test” and all I got was another big, fat fail. I did buy size 1 and 3. Size 3 came first and my virgina walls are tight and this was painful. was painful removing it. Size 1 was a lot better but like i said I always wet myself in the mornings and this was the big “test” and all I got was a big fat fail. So this product does not work, so I can go back to the urology clinic and said I have tried these and don;t work, so it looks like I am facing more and major surgery again.
I do like the thought and the design of these, non surgical, but like wearing a tampon but like wearing a tampon instead of collecting blood like a tampon does these press on the bladder and urthea walls so holding the leakage but I leaked heavy with one in!!!!!!

do not recommend this product that is why it is two stars, postage was within a week, pretty good considering coming from the States.

I think this product is too expensive

The extraction string failed and broke or came out, so the device was lodged in my vagina. I attempted to try and remove this product for over an hour without success. My tissue was tramatized with my repeated attempts at removal. My vaginal tissue became so swollen, painful and bleeding that it hurt to move. I had to go to a quick care to have this product removed. I had to go through the humilation of having a physician remove this medical device. The removal was very difficult requiring several attempted extractions and extremly painful!

Very uncomfortable. Im 30 years post menopausal. Have 2 kids. Started with smallest one. Very painful, tearing and caused bleeding when removed. Won’t try others. Also shape seems strange. Plastic is not supple. Not recommended

Ordered & received 3 size identifier kits & followed directions to the “t”. Had previously used panty type control products and was NOT satisfied with tendency to leak. Thought this product offered solution. Though I started with size 1 (at bedtime) they were somewhat uncomfortable – UNTIL I lay down, when it eased.

NO leakage during night. However when urinated in morning found traces of blood on toilet paper. There are two unopened boxes which I would like to return but there is NO return on this product.

Couldn’t get along without these. Easy to use and disposable. Similar to medical pessary made of silicone.

These little gems have changed my life! I am a runner and at 6 years post menopause after running marathons since 2001, I have finally found something I can use that makes me feel like a “normal” 30 year old active person! I always use a Size 1 and it works great at preventing leaks while running and even jumping while working out or just doing normal activities (like walking or sneezing lol). It may take a couple of uses to get used to placement so that they fit comfortably, but much like a tampon once you get used to them they will change your life! The only drawback is that you can’t find them in stores anymore and the price seems to have jumped dramatically when buying them online, but I love them so much that I continue to order them. 😊

Women if you have bladder problems go see a urogynocologist because what happens is that you can be prone to persistent bladder infections. A pessary is a better option than these Poise Impressa Incontinence Bladder Supports for Bladder Control. Your best option is professional help from a real doctor.

Yea, it’s that time in life. I fear sneezes. This product doesn’t close off the path, which would be awful, but as it says, it is a support and helps to restrain the flow. The feel of it at first was irritating, but I barely noticed it after the 2cnd use. There are several sizes available so I guess the key is to find the size that helps you without causing discomfort. I absolutely depend on it some days. Much better than the smell of a pad that must be changed after every use.

Recommended by urologist to try for stress incontinence. Company says there may be some discomfort or bleeding initially. Smallest size was so painful and there was spotting immediately that I could not use at all. Don’t waste your money.
