This device is awesome. After having an awful experience with the EZ-ELD (both customer service and device were a pain), I decided to order this and give it a try. The only thing that came in the box was this ELD and it’s really small, almost unnoticeable in my truck. The app I downloaded is very user-friendly. It has instructions on how to install the device. The customer service was top notch and they easily put my trucking info in to get the device going. They even checked up on me throughout the day to make sure the device wasn’t glitching on me. So far I haven’t had any problems. It logs my hours as it should and I’m easily able to edit and sign them off. If you are looking for an ELD, this is the one. 100% recommend.

These guys are awsome ! The support team is great ! Anytime i have questions or comcerns they are on it . These days integrity is hard to come by along with transparency . But these folks have it !
I’m an owner operator so i deal with alot of different companys & brokers etc. that just tell you what you want hear. I went with this because the people at Konexial were so great to talk to. They still are, but the product is absolutely frustrating. A mind of it’s own at times and flat out doesn’t work much of the time. When it goes back to add something because it went offline, it only adds a portion, if any at all. I wasted A LOT of precious time trying to get it to work as well as multiple calls…some at length. Worse yet, I paid for a year’s worth of service too…to get a military discount. Fortunately I found an app to use for logging until I can get a new service in place…praying I don’t get an inspection in the meanwhile.

The seller should be more clearer with the overall cost. At the time of this review, If you buy this device you will spend $129.99 for the device, you still have to spend $300 each year to subscribe to a subscription service to make it work to record duty status. Thats $429.99 in initial cost. Somewhere the seller mention in a different customer review $25 bill annually. Though that marketing strategy maybe ok for some they should not mention a monthly cost if the only option is a yearly or bi yearly bill due before service works.

ordered several units ,even our drivers who can barely work a smart phone seem to have no problem ,using this unit ,its fmcsa approved, which put us in compliance ,registration was simple ,and konexial was right there if we needed them great product, thanks

This thing is a joke, the app changes your status from off duty to driving, it does this to me at least 3 times a week. It switches status randomly. Took my 34 hours off duty, signed back in to app and it had me driving for 34 hours. Try explaining that to the DOT. It happens way too much. Don’t waste your money and frustration
