Really nice quality for the price. Nothing was damaged, and was REALLY easy to assemble. Only complaint is that the bolster pillows were vac sealed flat for shipping so they probably won’t ever be the nice round shape they should be, but maybe over time they will look less squished. I also wish the strip pattern was on the pillows was symmetrical. Cushions are a nice thickness. We bought some teak oil to keep the finish looking good through the seasons. We’ll see how well the wood holds up over time but so far I’m very happy with this set.

Manufactured wrong, no support. one of the chairs can not be built due to the factory drilling bolt holes in the wrong spot (see picture). Contacted support, they said I have to go through the vendor (them) or wait 30 days to talk to them. Un fricken real.
Save your money, this is not a good buy for anyone

Box was completely damaged. Was not a huge concern because items looked good prior to assembling so completely assembled, which you have to do all by hand so takes forever, and then instead of being able to just replace one item that is damaged you have to disassemble the entire thing with no option to have one item or piece exchanged. Love this brand and I purchase a lot with no issues. The cushion has a black streak which was present even though the plastic covering was in tact so not sure if it was due to the box being damaged but seems like it may have been damaged upon packaging. I am just going to turn the cushion over but still sucks there no type of refund or replacement for just the cushion.

Extremely easy to put together. By far the best value for an entire set. It even comes with pillows! Highly recommend!

Had this for about 6 months and the cushions have already faded tremendously which in turn makes it look horrible. The wood table and chairs are already getting moldy from the rain. I have to find some kind of outdoor protective to put in the wood to keep it from getting worse. I thought buying this set was a great idea as it had some good reviews but after having it for a few months now I wouldn’t recommend it. It looks like a set that I’ve had sitting out for years and it’s only been a few months.

Once assembled, the overall look is good. Immediately upon opening on delivery day (7/2/2021), we found at least half a dozen nicks and splintered wood. Some were on key/visible areas – arm rest and table top corner- that will need sanding to avoid scratching or giving anyone splinters. There are also two stains/marks, one on the seat of a chair and one on the bench seat cushion. The set is under a covered patio that is half covered by the house and protected by the elements. After only 2 nights, the navy pillows provided bled onto one of the chair seats and the couch seat cushion. No moisture or sun touched the furniture. I’m concerned if any rain/moisture touches the cushions, that they will bleed even more and completely ruin the white cushions. Reached out to Safavieh customer service Monday and Tuesday and am currently waiting for a response.

First off, I should mention that this company stands by their product. I received a broken piece and customer service quickly sent me a replacement piece!
I love the style and comfort of this set. I thought it was a great value for the $. My only suggestion is that you should probably seal the wood before letting it sit in the sun. The sun does lighten the wood pretty quickly!

For the price it’s an awesome purchase. Once put together I was surprised how sturdy it is. Cushions are great. Wood itself is a little rough and needs to be sealed otherwise won’t survive weather conditions for long but for the price it still worth it. People complaining are delusional! Outdoor setting can cost thousands and still require maintenance and will get ruined after few years.
