Our Comfort Classics All Season Warmth Oversized 100% Cotton Down Comforter takes a very unique approach to keeping you toasty warm on those cold winter nights. Most down blend comforters are just that, a blend of down and feather throughout the entire comforter. Our comforter features a proprietary construction which puts only high quality 550 Fill Power white down in nearly two- thirds of the comforter (the part you sleep under) and fills the side panels (the part that hangs over the edge of your bed) with a blend of 80% feather and 20% down. With a little over 55% of a comforter resting on top of your mattress and the remainder falling over the edges, we’re giving you more down where you need it. The end result is you’re sleeping underneath a high quality white down comforter for the price of a down blend comforter. Our oversized comforter is constructed with a 233 thread count, 100% cotton down proof percale cover throughout and the white down filled section features ‘end to end’ sewn though box quilting to ensure that you’ll never have any cold spots due to the down shifting around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my All Season Warmth Oversized 100% Cotton Down Comforter. It is so comfy. It looks great in off white and gfits my decor perfectly. I love the square pattern and the fact that it practically goes with everything. The best part is that it is all season so I do not have to worry about switching it out seasonally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this “True North by Sleep Philosophy” and it is not the same one as described. I was supposed to get the “King” to test and review but I received the “Twin (pic below) It was not as fluffy as the other “Down Comforter” that I own (very flat, actually, even after fluffing in a cool dryer), and it is NOISY (to describe, it sounds like a snowsuit when being worn on walked in). The covering is stiff and rattles with even the slightest touch. The packaging was good, it was boxed than into a zipped bag. I also needed to mention that there was a distinct smell when I opened it, like a stale wool smell that was sitting in a box stored away for the summer. I also noticed 2 grey stains (pic below) on this, not sure what they are. I am very disappointed in this comforter and hope that my honest and unbiased review with pics does not offend the seller or other customers. But I am an honest reviewer and if something “is not” perfect or there are flaws. I have to write it down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice comforter. With the weather still being hot in my region, I was afraid that it would be too hot for me, but quite the opposite. It is a perfect weight and I expect it to be just as comfortable in the winter. I have never owned a down comforter, but have always wanted one. I do plan on purchasing a duvet cover for it. Also, it sure makes making the bed a whole lot easier which I love.

I got the full/queen comforter and folded it in half and he sleeps on tip of it. He has not stopped telling me how much more comfortable he is sleeping now. When you first get it make sure you shake it and lay it out for a day or two to let the feathers fluff so you get maximum comfort from it. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in northern New Hampshire, where it can get quite cold. However, I just can’t sleep with a heavy weight comforter that pins you down like the xray vest the dentist puts on you. It just makes for a horrible nights sleep.
This comforter is warm, lightweight, and sits perfectly flat on the bed.It is nice and soft, and super comfortable.
By far, the best winter comforter I have ever used. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sleep has improved greatly since having this comforter. I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night kicking my feet out from being too hot. It is not heavy or bulky so I don’t feel pinned underneath it. Unlike my last all cotton comforter this one does make the crunchy sound but this does not bother me at all. It fits comfortably into a duvet cover, which is how I have mine. It is white in color and looks classy on its own if you prefer not to use a duvet. When True North says oversized they mean oversized! I don’t usually like a comforter that hangs too far over my bed so the full/queen size is perfect for me. It fits nicely on my Cali King bed. It covers the whole bed and hangs over just enough (how I like it). It is made of 75% duck down and has three levels of warmth, I have level 2. It keeps me comfortable, not too hot and never cold. It is machine washable in warm water on the gentle cycle and can be dried with warm heat setting. It is a quality down comforter that provides a lot of comfort for me.

The comforter kept my daughter warm during the day while watching tv and/or gaming and then also during the night when she was ready to settle down and sleep. She was very impressed with the softness of the comforter and noticed that it provided her a form of comfort. We would definitely want another one of this kind of comforter in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good down comfortable and was excited that this one is 100% cotton so it is comfortable to use year round since we don’t change bedding with the seasons. It is soft and washable which I appreciate. I like plain white bedding but it would work well with a duvet cover as well.
